Epic Limousine was extremely easy to work with. Their all inclusive hourly pricing was upfront, clear, and very fair. Their buses were meticulously clean and luxurious. We rented a 30 passenger party bus for our wedding and everything was smooth sailing. The company reached out a couple days in advance to confirm the shuttling scheduled. On the day of the wedding, our driver Mark was there on time and very professional. He let us play our own music and helped the guest on and off the bus. I have no complaints at all. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for transportation service as they are dependable and professional!

Epic was truly epic from start to finish. Felt safe all the time, Eddy - our driver was masked, gloved and tremendously friendly. Whats more important he was at our house almost 15 mins before pick up time which gave more than enough time for 4 of us to get on board and be on the road exactly when we wanted. We planned a surprise party for my friend and I was doing all the logistics for it. I requested quotes from probably like 5-6 limo places through Yelp. Epic Limo gave us hands down the best quote and the best deal for the price. I even thought was a bit suspicious at the beginning, because it sounded too good to be true. The quote was $100-150 cheaper than all the other quotesWe got picked up in Peninsula, dropped off at a second place and then picked up and dropped off at the third location. Epic limo made me feel very safe and well taken care of during these turbulent times. They installed a partition between the front and back, required both driver and passengers to wear masks and had hand sanitizer a-plenty available. Our driver was also a very lovely guy who was a delight to talk to and was promptly on time when picking us up. The SUV was very comfortable and luxurious and I will def use their services again.

Joe and his stretch Chrysler 300 were phenomenal. He arrived early and had the limo fully stocked. We enjoyed the champagnes and complementary waters. He dropped us off at 3 wineries in Saratoga and took us to dinner. He was very punctual at each location. At the end of the night we forgot a few items in the limo and he came back up to the house to return them. Greatly appreciated. The entire experience from booking, pricing, confirmation was so seamless and easy. They were the best priced out of all the car services and the most flexible. Worked with Epic Limo for a shuttle for my wedding - they were transporting guests between Half Moon Bay and Pescadero. They were super easy to book with and get in touch with, and our driver was so friendly and accommodating. Service was on time throughout.One bit of feedback - I sent a detailed list of pick-up stops with a separate contact number for each one ahead of my wedding day (I had a guest at each stop act as the contact in case the shuttle couldnt find them) and these numbers did not get communicated to our driver. Fortunately I was able to e-mail everything to him on the spot using my phone, and he managed all the trips perfectly.Regardless, I felt very confident my guests were in good hands with Epic Limo and was so happy with their professionalism and service. There are so many choices in San Fran but if you want the best price, service and communication this place is for you!! Our bus arrived brand new or so cleaned it looked and smelled new. They were so accommodating. Lastly no hidden charges or fees.

Ive used Epic Limo twice now to truck friends to wine country and dollar days at Golden Gate Fields. Both times Irwandie was accommodating, responsive and helped make our experience EPIC. We have rented the 23 person and the 27 person buses. Irwandie helped accommodate our group as our numbers changed when we needed a larger bus for the group, making the booking process a smooth experience. The company is transparent about fees which was appreciated as we werent sure what our exact numbers would be until about a week before the booking.In addition, our drivers were professional and courteous. We had 3 kids, from ages 2 to 6 , requiring different types of child seats but it all worked out like a breeze, with to and fro photos exchanges for confirmation.The limousine ride to The French Laundry at Yountville was a very memorable highlight and added fittingly to the joyful and celebratory spirit of a wedding anniversary fine dining occasion.Of course all this would not have happened without Mr Irwandie ‘s invaluable attention to details, prompt response to our queries and in making us feel very much ‘at home’ in an unfamiliar and faraway place. He was very engaging and literally able to carry out what he agreed on paper, with the empathetic understanding of a group’s changing needs , flexibility and last minute issues.As for the experienced Drivers , both Eddy and Peter deserve special mention . One ☝️ word Outstanding can describe my entire experience with Epic Limousine! The limo that the provide for our evening was outstanding literally was a night club on wheels! Totally custom from the ostriche leather seating down to the prego hard wood floors there vehicles are outstanding! I litterally was able to relax and watch as my daughter and her friends were amazed. We tried several other limousine companies for quotes and went with Epic for a wedding. They were recommended somewhere, I can recall, but, they were perfect all day. Their customer service (thx Vinnia) was right on. We first had a limo to/from Palace of Fine Arts, the chapel, reception and back to hotel. We then added a 2nd car for other guests. Then, as the night waned on, some guest wanted to go back to the hotel early, and Epics driver just kept coming back and forth. Hed given his cell to the maid of honor and she relayed all requests to him. They are a very reliable and dependable company, and wed use them again for sure.
