I absolutely love The Beauty Room! Aja the owner is freaking amazing! She makes me look so beautiful. My lashes are so on point every time. I’ve been coming to her for two years now. She’s always provided professional services and quality work. I would never trust anyone else with my lashes. Now, let’s talk Covid-19.... she has recently reopened and has NASA approved anti viral filters, masks are worn, gloves are worn. They have safely re-opened and I fully support this message and local business in Dana Point.

I have been going to the beauty room for a few years now and have received nothing but state of the art beauty care as well as physical care. I have enjoy several facials which left my skin looking luminous, feeling soft and refreshed. I have also had the pleasure of receiving structural integration therapy from Aja which has significantly helped reduce my pain. Overall, the beauty room is a great place to be and a great place to receive care! Highly recommend.

The Beauty Room is the ONLY place I will go for facials and lash extensions!! I’ve been to plenty of places in the past that I thought were good, but when I first went to Aja, she blew everyone out of the water! Her and her staff are AMAZINGLY talented and I am constantly getting compliments on my skin and lashes. I highly, highly recommend them!

Great service. I get my eyelashes and spray tan here. The glue they use for the lashes lasts forever. Also, lots of cute accessories, spa and beauty products available for purchase- nice for gift giving.

So terrible. They offered a promotion I won and never mentioned an expiration date... then when I returned from traveling out of the country they refused to answer my calls or messages and told me that they have more important things to deal with now and I should have used it sooner. Terrible customer service. There are so many better salons and spas out there that aren’t rude. I was so hopeful too.

Had an amazing Hydrafacial done here. Aja explained the process and shared great skincare tips with me. Would highly recommend going here. It was worth every penny!

Aja is so professional. went in for a spray tan. came out wonderful. the new location is great, so many amenities to choose from. will be back again for sure

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL . dont waste your time or $$ on their spray tans !! I purchased a Groupon for $48 for 3 spray tans --it was impossible to ever reach the beauty room via phone I either received a machine & left messages with my name & # ...none of which were ever returned. OR I ended up getting a mailbox full message. UNPROFESSIONAL service to say the least !!I FINALLY booked online and then they rang me 3x to change the time . I finally went in on Saturday the 29th prior to going away for 2 weeks . WHAT A MESS !! the woman who administered the Spray tan seemed very in experienced, failed to provide me the salve/ lotion to apply to my elbows, nails, etc., and I was left with hideous dirty looking nails and my feet were beyond a vile looking mess with drips running down my ankle and the soles dark & ugly.They then also marked my Groupon as redeemed though I only used 1 out of the 3 I purchased. A HORRIFIC HORRIFIC SALON .

This is a must go to place for massage and hydrofacials.
