Very clean gym, amazing people, great for families, people looking for the safest and highest quality BJJ, MMA and kickboxing training and coaching. Great for people of all ages. I’m 51 and back training with Luigi after 13 years away. I can’t recommend American Top Team CT enough

If you live in the Danbury area and you are looking to learn BJJ, this is the place to be. Luigi and Silvia are amazing instructors. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. You dont get any of that ego rolling you might find at other BJJ gyms. This isnt my home gym but whenever I am in town I always find time to stop in and train with the ATT CT crew. Like I said, if you live in CT and want to learn BJJ this is the place to be.

Amazing tribe ! Everyone looks out for one another. Extremely helpful towards beginners. Opportunities to learn and work with professionals in Muay Thai, MMA, BJJ, Judo, and Combative training. Super safe clean comfortable environment. My entire family attends from my children to my mom. Classes can be universal. If I could live here I would, hehe. American Top Team Danbury is the premier martial arts school in the Northeast! The Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instruction is top notch! With a mat culture that nurtures the make everyone better approach opposed to a king of the mat culture. All the higher belts help the lower ranks then as they progress they help the lower ranks and so on. Luigi is extremely knowledgeable and can make the most complex techniques easy to execute.The Muay Thai, MMA, Combatives, and kids classes all have excellent instruction. I highly reccomend American Top Team Danbury to anyone that wants to learn martial arts as a hobbyist, competitor, or for self defense. This place has been great for me and I cant say enough good things. You just have to go and try a class and see for yourself.

Great experience at American Top Team. Luigi and Sylvia truly put the children above all else. Rare to see an organization put helping people above making money these days, but Luigi and Sylvia do just that. They work to instill respect and discipline while building confidence and self esteem. I have been training here for a year and a half and it has changed my life. Luigi and and entire team are incredibly talented teachers but more important they are great people. It feels more like a family than a gym. The instruction is world class and best of all it does not feel like you are working its just fun.

Master Luigi, the owner and head instructor of the school, is a kind man that is very experienced and excited to pass on his knowledge. I travel for work and I go to gyms all over the country. This is a legit gym in the area. I rolled with blues, purples, and a Brown and they are all good and safe rolls. Go train!

Ive been taking my son to ATT in Danbury for 4 years (since he was 9 years old). Master Luigi and his staff are all great at teaching kids not only BJJ, but self discipline and self confidence. Any form of martial arts I think is great for kids to learn, but BJJ is especially useful in real life self defense. My son is not a fighter, but he loves going to class and definitely feels more self-confident knowing he can better handle himself if push comes to shove (literally).

After training with American Top Team danbury for over a year now I can confidently say theres no better school or team. The friendly, eager atmosphere is infectious.
