Staples has the best printing prices in town for business cards and posters, sometimes I They busy though so just Gotta be patient sometimes.

I had a delightful experience - dropped in to buy graph paper & printer cartridges - there is a “wall” apparently @ Staples that houses said cartridges. Clay came to my rescue, and then went over and above by offering to check me out at a nearby closed register. Clay deserves a bonus for customer friendliness!

I had more of a problem with the policy than the stores customer service...but them go hand and hand sometimes. And it woulda been extremely helpful and customer service friendly to let me have the display....if you don’t have it in stock and have no idea when I can get the item. I’m am picky I guess, but sometimes you gotta put a desk together in the name of customer service. I will go out of the way to not come back. That’s extremely lazy and a big thumbs down for customer service 👎🏼

Pretty nice looking place. Fairly spacious aisles and a reasonable selection of office furniture for personal use. I got a really nice chair on sale for over 80 bucks off, so really not a bad time to check out sales here and there. Very clean overall, I dont think I noticed any dust on any desks or fixtures anywhere.

I made a somewhat large purchase from our local Staples. When my items were rang up and after I ran my card the card reader said approved, but the cashier said it didn’t go through on her end. I was leery of having her rerun it since I saw with my own two eyes that it said “approved”, but I did anyways. The cashier said if there were any issues I could come back, and it would be fixed. I looked at my bank account and sure enough I was double charged. I went back later in the day and the manager ran my receipt in their system to see what the issue was. She said it didn’t go through twice on their end and that I would need to file I claim with my bank... Well my bank of course said it was not their problem... because it’s not... it’s Staples... Went back again to the store with proof from my bank that I was double charged.. This time I was told it could take up to 72 hours to be reimbursed.. I waited the 72 hours... Lo and behold... I have still not been reimbursed. Went back AGAIN and the same woman gave me a bogus corporate number... Oh and the manager said everything I told her was a “story”. Sorry to be a Karen, but this is probably the most frustrating situations I have had with a store.

Clerk was very helpful. I had business cards printed. I was shocked on their pricing. Well below everyone I have checked with. I recommend them for your printing needs

I was nowhere near impressed nor satisfied with this stores location. The only thing I can comment positively about is the layout and organization and labels. The service was nonexistent. Even if I did have a question, which I believe hubby might of about an office chair, there was nobody around. Big store though, very clean.

Dave dissociate was a great help. I went in thinking I knew what I needed, and I explained to Dave what my wants and needs were and he was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I went in thinking that I was going to be spending around $120 for a printer oh, I found that was a great printer and the latest technology. But it did not and would not work for my needs. David steered me towards a little bit more expensive printer but it will do everything that I needed to do and then some I really appreciate the knowledge of Staples has staff

Placed an order online for the supposed one hour pick up went into the store even though they have the item in stock they could not give it to me because it was supposedly still processing. What a failure of their business processes. They call themselves an office supply store and they don’t even have the business methodology to support a hotdog stand.

This is a well stocked, big-box office supply store that carries all of the business basics. They have an excellent assortment of toner cartridges. There is plenty of nearby free parking. The staff is always helpful but is frequently very sparse. Check out can take a while.

Stood in the print line for 10min while one employee sat in the background cutting photos. Customer service tip... Those photos will wait your customers WONT. And now i wont come back either

Helpful staff, what they didnt have in store they sent to my house with no shipping or handling. Only downside is, some things are overpriced. Otherwise, good shopping experience.

Poor attitude from staff you will stand there for at least 5 min at a register before anyone acknowledges you. Print center will charge you with undisclosed fees and will tell you it will be done by end of day and a week later they will be done. The lack of professionalism here is astounding

Dropped off empty ink cartridges, purchased replacement cartridges. In and out trip in under 10 minutes. Staff was very helpful in finding my replacement ink.

Logan who works at the Davenport IA store is the best employee ever !!! She helped me find things throughout the store, and even opened up another check out so I didnt have to wait in line. Best back to school sale ever !!!

Found the store manager extremely helpful and went above and beyond what I expected. A great shopping experience.

Went in about 6:30 on Saturday night. There were at least 4 employees, maybe 5 working. No one said hello, no one asked to help me, no one offered to find anything, no one said goodbye when I walked out empty handed. I was prepared to purchase a new printer, I was planning on spending up to $350. Went to Office Max, was waited on right away, was offered advice on which one suited my needs. Bought a $300 printer from them. Sorry, Staples. Goodbye.

Dont know why there are so many bad reviews for this store. The employees make an effort to help out every time I come in. Most of the time Im asked by multiple people if I need any assistance. Seems the one star reviews of this store are just whiny issues. Great place to shop.

Found the items I needed at a reasonable price. Nice clean store.

Website says open until 9. I desperately needed a lost dog flier printed out but was told unfortunately the copy center closes at 8:00. Could not have been any less interested in helping me.Waste of time and gas.I wont be back.

I have heard so much about this place, stopped by to buy a fathers day gift. Thought I would give a local business my business instead of amazon, and they didnt answer to honks like they ask not did they answer when I called, guess amazon wins

Update your hours online.It says you are open until 10:00 pm on this site. When I called to double check it says you are closed at 9:17pm.

This Staples store needs new management. I went in Monday 10-Dec-2018 to print some dance instructions. The USB ports on both self-service machines did not acknowledge my USB but the Staples system did and the lady was able to print my 25 sheets. Today, 14-Dec-2018 I went back to printout some PDF sheets and again the machines did not recognize my USB device. 2 different associates tried and failed. Then the associate at the print center used my USB device to start a print cycle. After ~15 minutes he informed me that my 37 sheets would be done by end of business. Not a satisfactory answer. I left and went to a UPS store where I printed what I needed in 10 minutes. Management needs to keep up on maintenance. The associates can only work with what they are given.

I got a poster laminated, but the plastic visibility wrinkled all along one side of it. I was given a 60-cent refund, but 60 cents back for messing up a $20 poster is incredibly disappointing.
