I signed up my son (who was very reluctant to do it), he doesnt like to be around people he doesnt know and was 100% hesitant....anyways his driver Kimberly showed up and they were off for a little over 2 hours and he came back very happy. She really got him out of his nervousness!!! Shes amazing for sure!!! I would not give even 1 star....I bought 2 hours driving lesson in Spanish from Metro as a Birthday gift for my wife on 2/26/2021. Since that date she has not taken any minute of driving lesson. The first teacher who contacted us did not speak Spanish and was only available via SMS.....3 weeks later we were contacted by another teacher who spoke Spanish and this lady set up an appointment, however, canceled the session due to an accident and mentioned she will get back a week later. We tried to contact here for several weeks and only got her voice mail. After 5 weeks she messaged that she is no longer with Metro Traffic and will hand over this to another teacher. Since than we have not heard anything. we called several time, only got promised to be contacted soon, even a supervisor did not call or emailed back. Last week I sent another email and of course no response. Today we have July 6th....STAY AWAY, THEY TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY UPFRONT AND DONT DELIVER!!!!!!

Would recommend doing this especially if you’re trying to get into driving again or a first time driver. Kimberly made me feel comfortable to drive. 💜

EDIT: This was for a level 2 DUI Class dob 2/22/82I called to cancel a class I paid for within 5 minutes of purchase. I made a mistake. The first cus svc rep was professional and helpful. She said that she would make a note but that she could not approve the cancellation and that a supervisor would have to do so. I asked for a supervisor, she gave me another number to call and an extension for the supervisor. The supervisor was rude and refused to offer any assistance or cancellation or refund.

I had Kimberly as a driving instructor and she was patient and taught me how to drive properly and made sure I was fully ready to drive on the road and pass my test I recommend her as driving instructor.

Gina Green was one heck of an instructor!!!! She has made this 4 hour course a very educational class. I did not feel it at all. Especially how she makes us challenge our minds. But it’s really easy, you think it will be hard and you don’t know nothing but we really do. I would definitely recommend EVERYONE TO TAKE HER!!!!! If I get any future tickets I will definitely look for her. Thank you very much Gina Green... for all the advice and knowledge that you gave me.... Worst service ever Lourdes at front desk and Erica worst service ever called Ericas supervisor cookie to tell her I was mistreated so badly bc I had questions and I was annoying to her she stated, she went as far as taking my credit card and throwing it at my face and to go get help somewhere else. I’ve called here and Lourdes likes to hang up and cut you short and not helpful at all. and once you call back they send you to hold they don’t want to deal with you. They just want your money it’s all about money 0 stars if I could!

I took the 12 hr ADI class there and was able to get my license back on track.They were extremely helpful in assisting me when I wasnt even sure what I needed. I just turned 16 a few days ago and I started studying to get my driver license, I felt really nervous at first about taking the permit test. Metro Traffic School had an online guide to help me prepare for my test and I was able to take the permit test on their website. I used their Prep course online as practice until I felt ready and I passed the first time. It was great!

This is the reason that I reached out to them at the beginning. Its very convenient to pay online.- When I called them, the lady on the phone was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions. Then, they contacted me during 24 hours after purchase and sent me a contract. In couple hours I was contacted by their schedular Sue to schedule the first and the second lessons. She gave me perfect assistance during the whole studying period. She even sent me congratulations after I got a pass. She is very nice and professional person.She sent me text a confirmation about the day and time before every lesson. Also, they usually send email reminder the day before lesson.John was my instructor and I would highly recommend him. I had four lessons with him. I spoke to the lady at the front desk about the packages they offered for driving lessons. I made her aware that I only needed a review class and the vehicle for the road test as well. I returned two weeks later ready to pay for the practice ($200 and something), and she instructed me that they would only provide the vehicle for the road test if I pay for the $600 class and only if their instructor feels like Im ready. She then smuggly stated,that most people have cars thats why they dont provide one. I wrapped up the conversation by sarcastically stating, unfortunately in this country, a drivers license is required in order buy a car. It was a complete waste of my time and efforts. However, I thank God I didnt give them any money. They have numerous signs up on display stating NO REFUND. There must be a reason why they had to put up numerous NO REFUND signs. Smh.

Horrible customer service from these people who take advantage of others vulnerabilities... bunch of thieves who steal peoples hard earned money for being just a couple of minutes late. God will punish you !!

I am totally disappointed wit this school. Aside from the professor, that really taught us a very instructive lesson, the management of the school left much to be desired. I took a 12 hours-First DUI Level School of 12 hours and paid $ 270 a couple of weeks ago and when I completed the classes and when for the evaluation at a different location in Doral, the Evaluator there was waiting for me and in a very sadistic way told me that if I knew that Ive taken the wrong class and therefore , Ive lost my money and my time. Then she told me that I have to reschedule for a 2nd Course-DUI Level II that will cost me $ 405.00 and 21 hours. I then spoke to my lawyer who told me that the course I needed to take was the one I took, then he retracted and started making all kinds of defenses but at the end he agreed that it was the school responsibility to make sure that the class I was taking was the correct one, and that they were supposed to check in their computers. To make the story short, he then told me that he will call the school to see if a refund can be granted or something but after he spoke to Lourdes (Manager) she refused to give me any refund. Lourdes called me directly given me vague explanations and telling me the same thing...She said that since I was previously arrested for DUI that I was supposed to take the DUI-Level II Class. I explained her that the case was first dismissed and then later reduced to a reckless driving and in top of that I just did as my lawyer told me but she said there is nothing they could do about it either. Anyway, I am stuck here with this, still pending to take 21 hours of DUI Level-II and pay $ 405 for it...With all due respect (if I should have any) for sure these people are a bunch of thieves.
