I take part in the morning fitness program and it is by far the best workout in Broward County!! Not only is it a great workout that burns fat and develops long and lean muscles but the instructor, Ismael, is an amazing trainer. This is the best place to practice Martial Arts, it is a local, family oriented academy. Ismael really makes you feel like part of the family and he has a fantastic kids program. What makes this academy amazing is not just the quality instruction you get from Sensei Ismael, Ricky, Johnny, but the friendly, welcoming atmosphere of everyone involved. V Pro K in my opinion must be one of the greatest BJJ academies found in south Florida associated under Master Pedro Sauer(Rated one of the best instructors in the world). The academy contains two outstanding, knowledgeable, and friendly instructors always eager to teach and work one on one with any student that needs help with a certain technique. When I first started, I did not know anyone in the class and was completely out of shape weighing about 210 pounds with no endurance whatsoever. Now, everytime I walk through the doors it feels like Im walking into my second home and Im welcomed by my new Jiu-Jitsu family. Im Now Weighing at about 190 pounds and never have felt better or healthier in my life. Thank you Sensei Ricky and Ismael for being the guide to my long but exciting journey!
