I decided to sign up for a ski fit and training lesson with Mark at First Tracks Ski School at the recommendation of a friend, mainly to test out my new ski boots before my upcoming Colorado ski trip. I was a little nervous initially, but Mark eased me into the session with patience and excellent instructions. I was amazed at how closely his machine simulated skiing on snow, how helpful it was to correct my ski techniques and what a terrific workout. Best place for those living in southern Florida to learn how to ski and for those that want to keep up there form using the simulated skiing machines. Mark is very patient and professional. As a person with no ski background, I took 2 snowboard sessions with Mark prior to a trip in Europe. This gave me a great boost at the ski resort and I could actually make turns in day 1. This made my vacation more enjoyable!
