My child recently started first grade and the first day of school she didn’t make it to the program on time and we received a call, there apparently is no communication between the school and DKK, after the first 4 full days she made it to program on time 1 time it took them on averag 20-30 minutes to call us and let us know their policy is 10-15 minutes. They try to put blame on anybody but themselves as does the school. If we pay for you to watch our kid you are responsible at the bell just like the teachers are before the bell. Don’t trust your kids to these people. Don’t waste your money. We pulled ours out after 4 attempts wont chance a 5th. This is how kids go missing.
