Had a terrible virus on my laptop and Nick took care of it; FAST!!! I was just like you all, looking for a good person that is proficient in dealing with computer problems. I was afraid of going to a repair shop or allow some “geek” fiddle with my laptop, not to mention I was afraid of getting ripped off. You know the type, “yes sir, we can take care of you problem for just $29.99” but you quickly find out that you need this that and the other for your computer to “run more efficiently”. Nick was very straight forward asking me appropriate questions in order to have an idea on how to approach my situation. He kept in close contact with me the entire time and even suggested some helpful tip in order to prevent this from happening again; without suggestion of padding the bill.That brings me to the almighty dollar, Nick is VERY reasonable in his pricing, to the point of wondering if there was anything else he could fix for me. I will not hesitate to call on him again if anything does disable my laptop. THANK YOU NICK!!!My laptop: HP Pavilion DV4 (he stated he didn’t like HP but he knew exactly how to remedy the problem!!)
