Aqua -Tots is a fantasticly run providing a safe instructional swimming service. If you are looking to get your child swim lessons this is the place for you. They have an excellent facility with top notch instructors that really help your child learn to become confident in the water. My kids love their swim time at Aqua-Tots and yours will too.

My 1.5 year old just started swim lessons and we love it! He was suppose to start back in May, but covid pushed everything back. They take great precautions to ensure everyone is safe. Instructors wear face sheilds in the pool and other staff wear masks in the main area.It is super clean. They give you a sheet explaining all safety measures for your own peace of mind. The instructors and staff (not sure if all the staff are instructors and rotate), are all extremely friendly. In the pool, the instructor is very gentle and doesnt push the kids/babies way out of their comfort zones. They teach us baby steps leading up to what the goal is. Honestly had an amazing experience.

I love the care of the Aqua-tots team members as they teach and take care of my swimmer l. I also appreciate the help for me and others as they strive to find ways to help with schedules and other things that come up.

The company overall has a true desire to help children learn the skill of swimming and master the techniques to know what to do in the water and why. The locations where my child and I have gone, have staff that are always very friendly, helpful, and attentive to not only the needs of the children, but the parents as well. The communication is always reassuring, even when progress seems slow with development of the swimming skill, at least in the past with my child. There has never come a time where my trust in the staff or the Aqua Tots family, when it comes to teaching my child, has come into question. If there are any concerns discussed, they are quickly addressed because they know the goal of the company is to graduate swimmers.

Outstanding location to spend time one on one with your child. The environment is great and people working at the location are very friendly. I give Aqua Tots Swim a five star!

Friendly staff and instructors. They maintain good water temperature. Also are flexible with scheduling.

Logan is really great with my 3y/o he is patient and makes sure that my son is learning as well as enjoying his self. I love the care he takes when teaching him. I also love the convenience in rescheduling his classes if life gets to hectic. I would highly recommend this location.

Both kids have taken lessons. Highly recommend for teaching children a lifesaving and fun skill. Feel free to use me as a reference. They offer a free swim evaluation to test the waters.

Staff and swim coaches are very kind and helpful. Both my son and daughter enjoy learning how to swim and have fun.

30 minutes for 4 children’s 2 times a week not enough! That’s mean almost 7 minutes for each one! That’s not enough

My son started off very scared and nervous to get in the water so he was in level 3 for about 3 months before his confidence was built. his instructor Charlie was very patient with him and eager for him to learn which is what my son needed. once he got out of level 3 he did two weeks in level four and then into level five and hes just been charging ahead ever since and very excited to go to lessons.

All the front desk staff are friendly and eager to help. The instructors are all very kind and patient helping us through any issues that may arise or giving us tips on how to advance in technique.

Worst experience ever . Very useless and waste of money to be honest . We paid the monthly payment then they started training my siblings after 3 weeks so they wasted 3 weeks .And 30 minutes a day is not enough for a kid to learn a new skill .

30 minutes of swimming with 4 kids and one instructor. 30/4 = 7 minutes. Not worth the drive for 7 minutes only.

The worst place ever in education and paying the money and most of the trainers are children and they make the person need more time to pay more and if you want to talk to the manager every time he gives different words and the manager is from children too

Very deceitful. I purchased a package in September. They were set to open the 1st. They did not open till the 11th. I was told that I can schedule the 3 days we missed (due to them not opening as scheduled) but they have to be this month or I will l will have to continue to pay for another month in order to use them at another time. My daughter is not even 2. We are already doing 2 days a week and she is not my only child. They expect me to use 9 swim classes n 19 days. Absolutely ridiculous and not at all fair to the paying families. I would not have enrolled at all if I wouldve know they were going to do this.

Great customer service, sanitary, affordable, the coaches keep the students engaged, clean facility.
