Wonderful place for yoga! 🌟 I’ve participated in several classes and am impressed. Each instructor I’ve worked with so far is talented, well trained, compassionate and sincere. The studio is a clean, comfortable and safe space to practice. Upon leaving I feel relaxed, clear and grounded. Thank you for the experiences! I will continue to come back!

I have tried three different teachers/classes at this yoga studio. The instructors were all compassionate, skilled and knowledgeable. They made adaptations and gave me alternative poses when I needed modifications. This is a judgement free zone. The teachers really want to assist students on their journey of learning yoga. I highly recommended yoga at Henry Ford Health System.

Wonderful center! The ambiance is calming and the equipment is in excellent condition. Raluca is beyond amazing. The pricing for classes is very affordable which is like a cherry on top 😁. Definitely recommend giving this yoga center a try, you wont regret it.
