Decided to build my own computer but my brother and I had trouble getting it started. Took it in and they took everything apart and put it back together. Did a post check on it and cleaned the case and organized the wiring making it look nice. Once I hooked up the monitor thou it had no connection so I took it in and they got it going and even showed me how to install my software no charge on the 2nd trip. Will go back again if I run into problems.

I was having issues with my computer being stuck in automatic repair loop and windows 10 wouldnt even start. I seriously thought I was going to have to replace it despite getting it 5 months ago.I chose to take my laptop computer here because of great google reviews. I felt they would be more attentive & affordable than Best Buys geek squadMy Husband dropped off my laptop for me after 4pm on a Tuesday. They closed at 5pm. I immediately started getting update emails from Matthew.Matthew was so professional and was just wonderful to have as my specialist. He constantly kept me updated with each step he was doing on my computer (I loved that). He called me to let me know my hard drive needed replaced. He gave me my options. I could use my warranty or buy a new one.Now heres where I was impressed, I thought my warranty expired after 90 days of owning my laptop. Matthew was able to tell me my warranty hadnt expired, that I could use it & when it does expire.He even went above and beyond by sending my computer to HP because it was under warranty. I figured he would have just had me come & pick up my computer, but He took care of everything!!

My wifes iPad stopped charging. We swapped out several power supplies and chargers, and none worked. Note that they have worked in the past and the chargers work fine with my Android. Really looked to me like the charging port was fubar. I took it to Decatur Computers Inc. to get the port replaced. When I took it in, that is what I told them to do, replace the port. Got a call an hour later, telling me that they connected it to an official Apple charger via an official apple cable and it worked fine. Suggested I go to Best Buy and buy an official charger and cable and see if that works, if not, bring it back and they will replace the port. They charged me NOTHING. Bought an apple charger and cable and it charges fine. If you have a computer problem, Decatur Computers Inc. is the place to get it fixed. Nice to know a business that is honest and ethical.

I was having hard drive issues with my Toshiba notebook. They repaired it and it is working like brand new and even faster since they removed all those extra startup programs. Thanks again Mat!

Had to get a new wifi antenna for my desktop. Arrived was exited 5 minutes later. The gentleman behind the counter knew exactly what I needed and was completely professional. If I have anything else I need computer related I know where Im going!

My computer tower wasnt recognizing my tv monitor for some reason when hooking everything back up after rearranging my room.. I took the tower in at Decatur Computer Inc to have it looked at and not only was Chad very helpful and fast at diagnosing the problem, he didnt even charge me anything even after me offering a couple of times. Im definitely glad that I came here first, the service was fast and effective.. I personally would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Went in a while ago to have an extremely old hard drive looked at. They offered 3 different solutions and quoted prices before I accepted. Since they were slow, they took a look at it right then and after about 15 minutes of testing determined the drive was completely bad and unrepairable. I suspected this, but thanked them for their time. They even said that since there was no way to do anything, they wouldnt charge me for the diagnostic! Very professional and fair, would recommend for any solution.

They were able to recovery files from my computer that the Geek Squad at Best Buy were unable to do.

Needed a part for a home brew computer. Staff was very helpful.

Dropped my phone off to have the charging port replaced and they ended up breaking my screen and trying to make me pay for it, I ended up having to buy a new phone.
