IMPORTANT! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE A COMPLETE RIPOFF!!I initially trusted the company knowing that Marcus Lemonis (The Profit) was part owner. I am so disappointed not only that I didn’t get the $62.00 in products I ordered, but in myself for not checking reviews first! The only thing I did receive was a confirmation of my order but nothing since despite my email request that they send me my order I or get my money back ASAP! I am going to continue to write poor reviews on all their social media platforms and contact the BBB if they are registered with them. My next email will be to Marcus if he still has ownership since I trust him.One very important note is that the phone number on their website is not theirs but is an actual credit card company. The gentleman said that he OFTEN receives calls from disgruntled customers of Southern Culture because they have not received their orders or their money back. His suggestion is that anyone that has been ripped off contact your credit card company and/or bank card to report this. They will then contact the company and if it goes unanswered you will receive your money back. If we all do this it will hopefully stop them from ripping off others of their hard earned money. As for the owners, shame on you!Another important note~Owner Erica has placed her own review giving it 5 stars with comment that she received her order quickly. WE’RE NOT FOOLS ERICA!

Made an online order after seeing them on an old episode of Shark Tank...and what a mistake. Ordered in June, never received my order, and despite emails and opening up a case through PayPal, still haven’t gotten my money back or my products. Don’t bother calling this number either...it’s a fake.

I placed an order the beginning of December 2019. Product came and I was one product short. After numerous emails I received a response telling me they would look into it and rectify. It’s been a month and have had no further contact from these people. The customer service is nonexistent. I am also very unhappy that they have cut the product in half for the pancake mix. I have ordered the banana pancake in the past and the box contained 20 ounces. Now the packaging has changed and the amount you receive is only 10 ounces for the same amount of money ($7.99). Needless to say, I will not be ordering again from this company.

I would have given a 5 star review based on the food products, but due to the non-existant customer service a 1 star review is given. I ordered the Shark Tank breakfast combo, among other things. I received the bacon rub from the combo, but the banana pancake mix was mixing. I e-mailed & received a response that it would be sent out. The item was never sent as promised, as this was over 6 weeks ago. I left several voicemails & e-mails, with zero response. Extremely Poor Customer Service. Will not ever order from them again.

I have placed 2 different orders and I have had to call on both orders about shipping status. One order I finally received around a month after ordering and the second order I still have not received. Both orders were placed on the same day back in the end of October. I was told the 2nd order was on back order and would be shipping on November 20th and here it is December 9th and I still dont have anything. Now Im having to wait once again for customer service to call me back about where my order is at. I just got in contact with the company and one of the other items that was in my order was on back order so they just didnt ship my order. So Ive waited an additional 20 days to be told my order still hasnt shipped because of another product on back order. If you want speedy service this is NOT the company for you. I will never use this company again. Almost 2 months for delivery is unacceptable
