My children have been there since 2014 and they never want to leave. They have really good friends there and they know all the staff. If you are looking for an awesome school in DeKalb then McClendon is The one! My girls have so much memories there. Special events like birthdays,field day Valentines, and Halloween. McClendon is the best! Kids from all over the world can get a great education here.

This elementary school was the best school I had ever been to in Decatur, GA, and Dekalb County when I was in 5th and 6th grades back in 1982 and 1983! I also had to best special ED teacher in the world!
