Iv Had the pleasure of working with Both the older staff that worked at Baby Talk for years and The Newer staff that were recently Hired the Older staff Were Great very Nice and helpful and Willing to listen and they were very Organized with visits The Newer staff that our over the Home visits are The Total opposite the Lady Lauren. Just plain rude and Unprofessional and very Unorganized. And its not Everyone Ive had an Amazing experience with everyone else Except Her I feel that Lauren Needs to Go back to Training to learn how to be more Respectful and more professional when Dealing with people in a professional environment

I am buy my self and l do all just let you l can work drive all it is a person ask you something thing and stuff like l said about asking me questions also if that have to know a answer. Fast l tell them l dont understand
