Went to find an old fashioned address book for a family member. A very helpful associate took us straight to them, found a perfect one! A great store for any type of office supply that you may need!

I bought two Magellan desks and I rated them a 3-star on the office depot website and explained how long it took to assemble them and how cheaply made with a comparison or two. Office Depot did not like my review and wouldnt publish it. It contained no expletives or bad language. Just a description of the desks, the delivery, and what it took to assemble them. So here I put this on Google where it wont be removed. Two stars now...for the review they didnt like and wouldnt publish.

I had an awful day when my computer crashed and I needed a new one. I had been to 4 different stores looking for a quality laptop for a good price. Office Depot had exactly what I needed! William definitely deserves a shout-out, he was great. Found me a good deal without trying to upsell something I couldnt afford, which I appreciated. Great experience. Ill definitely be back.

So do NOT have a fax sent from Office Depot.. For 3 pieces of paper it cost me (for a local fax ) $9.55. I found out later that night it can be done on a smart phone with a particular app. I should have mailed papers. It would have saved me some money. Ughhhh.

Whats not to life about a place that sells all kinds of different tech and office supplies? I really could spend all day on here not only looking at their massive selection of computers and other wonderful gadgets, but just in the pen section alone! Very knowledgeable staff here unlike some other office stores where someone usually has to ask someone else who has to go get the manager before your question even gets answered. They also have such friendly, helpful people working here as well.

Its a good place to shop for office copies and machinery. The staff needs a little work done on them but overall I give him a 4. There could be more Improvement because they seem SLOW on a lot of things.

Tracy is a rotten vile manager that will straight up lie to a customers face (on multiple occasions). I was in there to do a simple return WITH A RECEIPT that clearly showed I paid for the item with cash, and she told me the register wont allow her to give cash back on that purchase. When I asked why it wouldnt allow her to do so, even though I paid with cash, she said the register just prompted her not to and she didnt know why. I could easily see the register from where I was standing , and the register NEVER prompted any such thing. She, rather than pushing the total button and cashing out the transaction, pushed the button which prompted her to issue a merchandise credit which could be used in any Office Depot or Officemax.....Im sorry, but just because I spent money in your store at one time DOES NOT mean that I wish to continue to spend that same money in your store another time. I paid cash and should have gotten cash for my return.

The girl working the counter was rude and lazy. Will find alternative store. Picked up office depot ink cartridge only to here all the reasons not to buy it at the counter from her. So I said to give me a hp cartridge which was locked up behind her.

The ladies offered great service and I showed up 15 minutes before closing. The men on the other hand...didnt even bother to help me load my new office chair. Tracy, the manager, not only went to get the chair from the inventory, but also, thankfully help me load it!

Okay place to shop for office supplies. Not a very big selection as to some of the bigger stores in citys such as Huntsville. Just a little expensive also.

I asked a lady if she could help me print out a birth certificate and she said no cause if I help you I will charge you for the job Im doing the copies were only 12 cents each and she was going to charge me more than that just for pushing buttons so I just decide to do it myself.

So I came in to get some prints an Brenda was been so disrespectful an told me to hurry up because they going closing soon the other girl was printing my stuff I was almost done I needed 1 more print Brenda literally told the other girl not to no more like are you serious?
