This location holds a special place in my heart. I remember coming here when I was in 4th Grade to pick up mouthpiece to try out the clarinet for band. Never would I think that it would lead me to be where I am today as a music teacher. What made this particular visit special to me was being able to see a familiar face that was here during that time!Ann was just as welcoming and helpful as I always remember her to be! Although I wasnt able to find exactly what I wanted, Ann was still able to help me find something else that was just as good. I am very thankful for her!

Very helpful staff! My son brought in his guitar to be restrung. The gentleman there showed him how to do it himself. Saved us money and now my son acquired a new skill he definitely needs! Very kind of them-they put the music ahead of making money.

This place rules! Super artist friendly! Mike T helped me out and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! He wasnt pushy either which was refreshing! Overall thumbs up and will definitely be back!

My son is taking beginner guitar in school and we were given an old guitar from a friend all it needed is a little TLC....Well Ann and Mike were very helpful and informative they taught us how to restring and tune the guitar 🎸 Not only did we get our old guitar in playing order we also learnt how to take care of it ourselves...very refreshing and rare to see a business put their clientele & love for music ahead of making a profit.

I had a problem with my sons rented trumpet. They werent able to repair it right away, so they gave me a replacement. Ann and the staff couldnt have been nicer or more helpful. Thank You!

I love the Deer Park Music & Arts! The music teachers are top notch and the entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.Mike is especially friendly -- I learned so much just from talking with him about guitars, trombones and all the cool auxiliary percussion.

We had a great experience at this location. The staff was extremely helpful and very nice. They took the extra time to listen and fix my son’s trumpet who might have put too much chocolate valve oil into it. I highly recommend this store.

Very helpful and professional staff. The manager, Christian, is very patient as well as knowledgeable in all departments. I have been meaning to purchase a keyboard for quite some time, but was not sure what route to go. He took the time to listen to my needs and direct me in the right direction. I was able to try the various demo models and he even broke down the pros and cons of each one. I also just started taking piano lessons there, Ann was really informative on the prices and scheduling for them. Over all a great store for anyone, from aspiring musicians to experts.

What a friendly and helpful staff at Music & Arts in Deer Park, NY! I called to see if they had a violin book for my daughters NYSSMA competition. They did not have it in stock, but Ann was quick to offer to have it ordered with free shipping to their store. In two days, it was there. They also have a second location in Lindenhurst. My new favorite music store! I’m new to music production and stopped in to inquire about which DAW is the right fit for me. not only did I get the answers I needed and pointed in the right direction, but I also had a great conversation with the manager (Christian) about guitars, keyboards, microphones... basically every question I had was met with an honest and helpful answer. I was super impresssed with how knowledgeable and able he was to answer all of my questions! great store, great people! thank you!
