If you ask me I rate this day care with no stars not one. First in foremost the building is falling apart, its a very old house that has added on rooms. As a parent I wanted to be informed on my childrens daily behavior I would even have to ask how there where doing before I got a report, if I got a report and when I did mention any of my concerns the issue would be flipped and my children would become the blame. MY CHILDERN HAVE BEEN LIED ON A FEW TIMES by the director,( wolf in sheeps clothing). Keep reading it gets deeper then that!!! My kids STAYED SICK always there. My kids would tell me the teacher would cough with there mouths uncovered and serve the food without washing there hands. One teacher while serving the kids mac and cheese consistently licked her fingers then served the next child. My kid was being picked on by another child and the teacher told her to you know what to do basically telling her to fight the other child. I again told the director my concerns and also expressed how my child cried when he was lied on and the very next day knowing I am the sole provider for my kids and knowing what they where doing in advanced on a Friday a WORK day they kicked my children out and told me I had to many concerns. Yes Yes..... This is all true!!!!!! IF YOU LOVE YOUR KIDS THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. IF THEY HAD ANY LOVE THEY WOULD JUST CLOSE IT DOWN.

Our child seems to get mysterious illnesses that seem to appear when they are short staffed that clear up immediately before we pick the child up. It typically happens on Fridays too...very odd. We have caught the staff in lies about such instances. There also does seem to be a revolving door of teachers/staff. We do not feel comfortable leaving our child with people that are not honest with us.

Any parent that leaves their infant at this place obviously has no standards. From the moment I walked up to the front door I could tell the place was going to be dirty. You walk in and are hit in the face with a musty throat closing odor. The air and entire building feel toxic. The Director proceeded to tell me that one of the babies that was crying was only crying because he likes to be held all day and they aren’t going to baby him. The place was crowded and small. We go to the back sunken baby room where I’m met with a crib blocking the stairway and two infants next to the crib. I’m told they are using the crib to block the stairs because the little ones try to escape. No wonder...I would be trying too! There are two young women who clearly looks beyond stressed and very unhappy. Once is now feeding the screaming baby that wanted to be held. Hmm...Could it be that he was actually hungry and no one was paying attention to him until a parent walked in the building? All of the children looked dirty. One of the other workers stated that they change the babies diaper as often as you request. Should the babies diaper not be changed as often as required i.e. wet, dirty??? I can say that I was there all of 10 minutes...5 minutes waiting on someone to tell me about the place and 5 minutes listening to nonsense. I knew within the first minute of opening the door that my child would not be going there but I didn’t want to be rude and just walk out. I did however feel horrible as I left and leaving those other poor babies behind.

This is for the reviewers that mentioned the condition of the building. I attended this place when it was Pates Child Care from Kindergarten through 5th grade...and Im 45yrs old now. The place was old when the Pates had it...i cant imagine what its like now. The Pates were great people, apparently these folks are not.

Awsome day care!!! I love the head staff. They go above and beyond by pleasing me n my children.my children r always learning new things everyday. So thankful to hv found an amazing daycare who actually cares.

This place is horrible. Better get comfortable this is going to be a long one. First I want to point out I am using my moms phone I am a 12 year old boy who went here before. I want to First say that the teachers there are mean. They get on to you for really stupid things like hanging on a pole that supposed to be on the playground. Also the rooms are very messy unsanitized and not very clean all dusty. Kids get yelled at all the time. One time my friend got yelled at for breaking the pencil lead. Also the teachers arent very good at teaching theyre not even real teachers theyre just people that come and tell you what to do. If one kid has to go to the restroom all the kids have to. They make you sit on a bench which feels like its about to break while youre waiting to go to the restroom even if you dont have to. Becides that theres mold and Im pretty sure I seen a cockroach in there before. Now lets talk about the sentences. If you get in trouble you have to write 5 paragraphs Lets say. You have to write them side-to-side. But lets say youre right then go down to the next I go down to the next guy and keep doing that until you get to the next word iscounted as cheating. Can you have to restart. Now its a you bring a toy to this day care they take it up and they never give it back to you and let your parents say give it back to my child at the front desk. I have one more thing to say. When I first started going there they didnt have this thing called dinner time but then they did dinner time. Its technically where they just get some fruit some vegetables and a main course and they send it to you. You dont have to eat it and I wouldnt recommend it anyway. Sometimes you eat dinner outside and the Flies get all over the food. Its a lot to say and Im pretty sure its changed over the time I havent gone there for about two to three years but its probably way worse wouldnt recommend it one star.

PLEASE DO NOT LET YOUR CHILD ATTEND THIS FACILITY. The teachers that they hire are not professionals. The management is horrid. If you live in the area and frequently drive by this location there is almost always every week a NOW HIRING sign. The staff has a high turn over rate due to the management. Ive seen children swatted by the teachers and being screamed at. This building is basically a trailer with add on parts.
