I attended First Step Health School throughout April 2021-May 2021. Mrs. Therese was absolutely amazing. Ever since day one, she was always kind, professional and determined to help her students excel. She was always willing to stay extra hours in order to make sure we were all confident in passing our exam. Amazing school!

Recently graduated from the CNA program. The instructor Ms. Therese will patiently go over the written exam information, and teach you the skills the way you can pass the state exam. She will also provide you will extra time to practice before the test to solidify your knowledge. The setting is professional, and the pricing for each program is reasonable. Would recommend for those that are looking for a good CNA program in the area.

First step health school is the best school someone would need to learn CNA, HHA, PHLEBOTOMY, EKG,. They have wonderful teachers, great training, they give time to practice over and over again until you are ready for NY state exam i am recommended every one to learn at FIRST STEP HEALTH SCHOOL for the best of your knowledge.

First Step Health School’s CNA program was nothing short of amazing. Therese Dieudonne is a highly educated, intelligent and professional instructor. I would recommend this school to anyone looking to attend the CNA program, you will not be disappointed!

I attended this school recently with four other students.Due to the total incompetence of the teaching staff none of the students passed the course. The staff especially Ms. Terese the owner was very impatient and didn’t offer extra help. The hours were less than advertised which didn’t allow enough time to cover the clinical portion of the program adequately. Lastly, the owner Ms. Terese insisted on cash payments only which should have been a big red flag and I did not receive a partial refund which I was promised. I would give zero stars to this completely unprofessional school. There are many others to choose from.

Mrs Therese is awesome, she help me a lot to pass the exam. Gave us some good advice for our career. Thank u so much Mrs Therese. I recommend this school.
