Both of my children have been coming to this daycare/school since they were two and 6 months old. I love all of the activities and programs they have available especially have been very helpful throughout this pandemic helping the students stay busy and interactive with them. I especially love the teachers Ms.Ann is the best! I would give this school ten out of ten everytime!

My granddaughter has been attending this school since she was an infant. She adores her teachers and her friends are growing with her and many have been with this daycare also for years. I feel very comfortable with all of the teachers. She comes home learning new things every day it seems. I love the activities they do with the children to encourage group play, exercise and fitness, and overall involvement. She loves her teachers and often wants to bring them gifts and talks about them at home and to others.It is terrible that most people online go online to report dissatisfaction and this is where the general public form their pre-judgement. I would take a look at the longevity of the establishment. Knowing the cost of operating let alone growing a business in South Florida, they must be doing something right to have been around for so long. Problem really is, you just cannot make unhappy people, happy- no matter what you do. Its best those people keep it moving anyhow.Speaking to the negative reviews I read, I think they are silly. I never saw any rash or neglect (and I am extremely picky) with regard to my grand baby or any child in the facility. There are no rooms that smell of urine when you walk in! That is ridiculous and would probably raise flags where cleanliness is concerned, when county inspections come through. As an adult child of a former childcare provider, also having been a preschool teacher myself for a couple years when my daughter was growing up, I can attest to the frequency of state and government agency surprise visits.As far as using generic images for the website, this is a very common practice, as a web designer myself. I believe it is safe to say 80-90% of websites use stock photos, as that is a much more affordable option that clearly identifies what the company is doing and what they want to convey to their audience.Thank you for all you have done with and for my granddaughter Puffin staff- you all rock!

Im really happy with this daycare

My grandchildren have been going to this school for almost 7 years they did pre school vpk now camp they treat you like family ms Lizette the owner has been wonderful to me.The entire staff are great and always the same staff no turnover highly recommend.

Amazing place! Better than expected. It is one real treasure. It is like a Big Family taking care of every detail. Hardly recommend!

My daughter went to Puffin Learning Academy for a few months. There is definitely room for improvement. Personally Ms. Faye really was a blessing and the reason I let my daughter continue attending the school. She treated my daughter with such love and understanding. Shed hug my daughter goodbye everyday. Very nice lady. Somethings werent to my liking. Although it didnt affect my daughter directly, I just didnt like how some kids were taken care of during playtime especially the two year olds Id see the teachers on their phones while the little ones were fighting, walking around with boogers on their faces, or part of their clothing missing. I know as parents we are not perfect but the least the teachers can do is be more attentive. Of course like I said earlier theres room for improvement. Most of the teachers I encountered were nice and they treated my daughter nicely. They were always personable. I had no complains there but I just feel like the ratio between student and teacher should be smaller. This might help the teachers be more attentive or just enforce a no telephone policy. If youre looking for something inexpensive, this is definitely the place. I cant complain too much because my daughter loved it. One of the reasons I didnt rate it higher was because they wouldnt call me when my daughter would get hurt. Id end up finding out I got there or sometimes on my own when she would tell me.

Lets start with my daughter being attacked buy another kid. She was bitten multiple times in her face she was scratched up very bad and this all happend while the staff was on their cell phone. The lady that over sees the operation refused to show me video footage. We dont record everything that was her reasoning.Any time morning or afternoon staff is more concerned with their cellphones the they are the kids. While there my daughter had diaper rashes regularly when she never had them prior to attending Puffins.Since leaving my daughter has excelled in every aspect of learning, speaking and playing with others.In closing Puffins is a below average facility with poorly trained staff and no real over site. They do not care for the children like they should. The facility is not very clean and you can smell urine as soon as you walk in. Avoid this place at all cost.Protect your child well being they wont!!!

My children have been here for three years. The staff has always been very friendly and pleasant to work with.

The teachers are awesome, the place is ok, but had room for improvement.My daughter is a very healthy child, i placed her there, expecting the obvious maybe a flu or even a stomach virus, but in only 3 days she caught the foot hand and mouth disease, i felt i was going to die when i found out what it was. My baby was sick for a while never the les we removed her immediately from there. If youre going to place your baby there beware. I understand babies get sick, but the last you expect is that your baby would get something that can make their nails and hair to fall off.One of the things i didnt understand is that the teachers have to clean the place, the owner should hire a company to do it.
