Arthur, Juliana and their team are amazing. They genuinely care and are passionate about what they are doing and it shows. There was great communication and a welcoming environment throughout the course. Greatly appreciated their time and commitment!

Jasmine, helped me navigate for my son the Florida laws of a DUI . It has been a long road, if you have a lifetime ban, this is the place to go. It takes a lot of money, a lot of appointments, but there is always someone there to help you. It took about 6 months from beginning to end to finally get my restricted license. Boca Bay, while having gone through an ownership change during all of this, came through for me in the end.

This place is a total scam. I paid for my class in advance and took the class in April. Here it is August and they will not return calls or emails to provide my evaluation and certification. I would recommend that you stay away from these crooks!!!

This is what i would call a eye opener!!!! Joe!!! A great teacher, a wonderful human being who cares about you, about your situation, but most importantly, about your results after. He has plenty of great sources who visits and give great knowledge in their fields(lawyer- Manny, Public speaker- Hollywood Herderson). Took my dui class here they didnt sign my certificate i called and they changed management then i sent them my certificate and they never sent it back to me in the mail i need it for court this month and i no longer live nere boca

So I got in a situation with the state where they were going to cancel my license. Because information was not relayed to Tallahassee. Jasmine from boca bay went out her way to make sure I was going to be okay. She spent a few hours to make sure the state had the proper information all while handling every other call that was coming in. She is the best most definitely deserves a raise because the way she multi tasks. Idk how she does it. But thanks jasmine 4 everything.

Mr. Joe Nickerson is the best at what he does and his staff are amazing! Very friendly and accommodating, I have learned a lot about DUI cases and also how the insurance works as well. Would highly recommend this class and this instructor for any individual going through the same or a similar situation.

Incredibly unprofessional from beginning to end. I reported for a class that was listed at 9am (this was both in writing on their website and confirmed to me over the phone with a human), only to meet an empty building. After six unanswered calls to the office, someone finally let me know the class actually starts at 10am (she also apologized that the website and registration showed 9am, acknowledging that this was in fact their error, not mine). I waited over an hour in the rain for someone to show, they were late. The one saving grace of this company is the instructor Judith. She was a caring and gracious counselor who deserves better. Each time I reported back to class, after lunch or a break, there was no one on site and I had to make numerous (8 calls in total, I checked my phone records to confirm) calls to the office to ensure I would not be penalized for their mistakes. Each time I received an apology, therefore an acknowledgment of further errors on the part of Boca Bay. I can not even quantify the length of time I spent waiting over the course of the weekend, but I will hazard a guess in the two hour range.With the course completed, I returned to do my DRI and evaluation on a Friday. No one in the office knew what they were doing, the general incompetence can not be overstated. Not to mention a complete lack of empathy or urgency. These people have the possibility of creating major consequences in peoples lives, and yet treat clients as a burden who are keeping them from smoke breaks or texting (both of which I observed during my appointment). During the evaluation, the woman interviewing me was sighing, rolling her eyes, and otherwise indicating she had better things to do. When it came back that I was recommended for additional evaluation (which I was told approximately 95% of people are recommended for!) she informed me this would not affect my early termination of probation, which, it turns out, is incorrect. I feel I was deliberately misinformed in order to shut me up and get me out of the office. Additionally, I did not even receive my completion certificate, and I was given the excuse that no one knew how to do it and it was a new office. I was told it would be mailed to me from the main office in Deerfield. I explained the urgency, as I had a meeting with my P.O. on Thursday. I called to follow up on Monday and was told that it was DEFINITELY mailed. When I still had not received, I called Wednesday, and was told once again that it was mailed to me. I arrived for my probation meeting early (8:45 am) on Thursday in order to go to the Boca Bay office (right downstairs, hours of operation are listed as 8:00am - 4:30pm) and try to obtain, LO AND BEHOLD, no one was there. Late again I suppose. I had to report to probation with a faxed copy of my certificate. I advised my probation officer to never recommend Boca Bay again, as their standard operating procedure seems to be Who Cares? Its not our lives!. Let me rephrase that. AT BEST, they simply dont care. In my case, they were actively late numerous times, they actively decreased my chances of early termination, and they deliberately misinformed me in order to avoid answering a question, AKA doing their job. Avoid at all costs.

This place doesnt even deserve one star. DO NOT GO HERE. I had my DUI in PA and did everything they needed me to do and these people harassed and harassed and harassed me about going to counseling and treatment after I already went and did what I had to do and had letter for proof. They told me they were going to send to the state of florida that I didnt complete any of their requirements when #1 my DUI was a first offense and happened in the state of PA and #2 the state of florida would be like okay and? we dont even have any records of charges for this person. so stupid. then I eventually get my lawyer to call and they ended up making me pay some sort of money and doing some sort of paperwork to drop everything. it was the worst experience ever. they are money hungry and rip you off terribly. DO NOT GO HERE!! find somewhere else seriously

Easy and friendly staff to deal with, i needed to register for DUI school and Maria was very helpful with all the process and registration and was very easy to talk to.

Horrible !!!! STEAL YOUR MONEY !!! I had recently COMPLETED the Level 1 DUI course of 12 hours at a cost of $ 277..50 as requested per My Judge and is written on my court papers (my 1st DUI) after the course was over they said there computer was down so I had to call them back in a few days and they will email me my certificate....When I got them on the phone they told me they made a mistake and that I should of taken level 2 class instead of level 1 , which didnt make sense considering its my first DUI . and I was COURT ORDERED LEVEL 1 class .. They said they dont care what the judge said it was up to them...I said wow , I didnt know they had the power and could over ride a judge but ok. Since it was a misunderstanding I asked if they could apply the 277.50 towards the $ 422.50 for the level 2 class, she said NO we cant sorry. and we dont give refunds , So asked her if somebody completed the 12 hour class they get a certificate right ? she said yes, does it show in your system I completed 3 four hour sessions, 12 in total ? she said yes , so can I have my certificate ?? NO she kept saying.... So they wont give me a certificate and refuse to refund me or credit me for the other class, there screwing me out of my money and my certificate, Because of them my Im loosing my licence SCUMBAGS !!!! STAY AWAY !!!

These people are a rip off! The women in the office are snotty as hell. They do not give you the right information, then want to charge you $75.00.? First they gave me the wrong address for the evaluation so I showed up the address they gave me. So I was charged $75.00 for a no show? They gave ME the wrong address. Then they reschedule me and I show up at the correct address they told me I need a police report. No one EVER told me I needed one. Of course if they had I would have gotten it. Another $75.00 charge. Is this their way of making money? These people are a rip off! Go somewhere else! These people are Non Profit? Yeah, right!
