As an amateur mma fighter, its astonishing to me how quickly Ive improved while training at You Fight Sports. Ive only been there a few months now but the difference is obvious.Between the world class coaching and the high level talent thats there to work with, I dont know anywhere else that can compare and Ive been to quite a few gyms.The MMA team does great but I also see even the regular folks coming in and doing better. The atmosphere is lighthearted and positive, while at the same time placing serious focus on technique and skill improvement. Weather its competitive fighters or just the average Joe or Jane, everybody is having fun yet getting a serious workout at the same time.I love this place, I call it home. Everybody is very welcoming, I highly recommend for anybody to check it out.
