I’m very upset with this location today. I went in person on Friday to place an order for printing/copying of flyers I needed Sunday (2 days later). Everything was all set, I emailed the document, filled out the paperwork and was told to come back Sunday at 10AM to pick up. Well, I come back at 10:30AM today and my order was never done. It was sitting on the middle table with a giant pink post it on it. They “couldn’t find” my original to make the copies due to “the person who helped me was still training”. No call to say there was a problem, no email, no APOLOGY, nothing. They just waited for me to show up to tell me there was a problem. Unacceptable. Then the employee says “we’ll copy it for you but you’ll have to wait while I complete other orders”. You don’t complete my order and then tell me I have to wait? Unacceptable. Poor management of this location results in these issues as well setting employees up for failure by not training them adequately.

Very well organized store thats well stocked. I purchase the chair and the employee insisted on bringing it to my car for me.

Terrible management. Never seen a more poorly run store. Avoid this store if possible.The store manager (I believe his name is Clint), is one of the rudest people I have ever met. I have come in to this location more than once and heard him scolding his employees. This man is not emotionally stable and it is embarrassing that this corporation has him managing their store.Unbelievably rude management, disorganized staff, and just all around an unpleasant experience.

The store is adequate, clean organized but I think the staff needs more training in making the customers feel welcome. Everyone there looks so miserable. As soon as I walk in, its like the life is being pulled out of me. The curly hair lady makes me so uncomfortable because she used to watch every customer including 5 years like a hawk. She used to get on the walkie talkie and say theres a 5 year old blah blah. Like really? Why are yall watching the kids? It seems to be getting better but Im still traumtized from how she used to trust all of the customers.

Just go to Staples. I called before i came in to see how much 500 business cards would be and the guy quoted me $20.99... I came in and the lady with curly blonde hair just kept telling me i was wrong and told me it was $50 then told me my design wouldnt work because i didnt use their software to make it. Anyways i went to Staples and got 500 cards for $14.99 and they used my initial design with no problem. MORE THAN 3 TIMES AS EXPENSIVE AND THEY CANT EVEN MAKE THE CARDS RIGHT?? Um yeah just go to Staples

If possible I would have given 0 stars. $27.80 to send a 13 page fax is outrageous. No price list posted. First attempt to send only 9 pages succeeded. 2nd attempt to send 13 pages transmitted but readability of pages suspect. Still required to pay full price. Beware and be sure to ask pricing before requesting service!!

I have been going to this location for the past few months as it is the closest one to me. I will not be coming back, however. Time and time again I have come in to this location and a ton of unprofessional and unsanitary things take place. This location DOES NOT require mask entry, which is already a huge red flag for public health - but they also do NOT regularly sanitize. The most they do to protect their customers is leaving out a bottle of hand sanitizer. They do NOT regularly disinfect throughout the day. The computers at Copy and Print will go HOURS of multiple customers using them without any wipedown of the keyboards or mouse. It is unbelievable how poorly handled this location is.On top of this, the management of this store is atrocious. The store manager Clifford is one of the most unpleasant people I have ever dealt with in retail. He is rude, unhelpful, condescending, and will be glad to not help you with what you need. In the few times I have spoken to him (I started going out of my way to avoid his service) he was unbelievably rude and unhelpful. His tone is always aggressive and he shows no shame for his random outbursts. I have overheard him cussing out his employees while shopping. It is disgusting. I cannot believe that this corporation allows such blatant unprofessionalism to MANAGE one of their stores.And to finish it all up, the store in general is poorly run. I have come in countless times to find my order is not ready, the store is severely understaffed, and most of the employees have no idea what is going on (in terms of said orders) This is all clearly a deep rooted problem with the stores current managers and the overall lack of quality control by the corporation.If you ever find yourself needing to go enter this store, DONT. Staples is a much better substitute. Order things online if you have to. Going in to this location is retail hell. I will not be returning to this location or this chain of stores ever again. Such shameless and blatant unprofessionalism should not be tolerated by any well paying customer.

The manager ( blonde Lady. Curly hair ) was not helpful at all. I have a calculator with warranty. She couldnt check .because I dont have my receipts. I ask her to check with phone #, she told me , is not going to work out..I was going to do some paperwork there. I left to U.P.S store across the street.Will never come back .

Came in for a chair, after a few minutes of not being able to find someone to assist me, finally found it went up $100 overnight. Asked if theres any way to honor the sale price and was just told no with a blank stare. Didnt offer to show me something else in my price range. Felt like they didnt want or need my business. Will find it online for the price I originally saw from a different seller. Glad I drove to the store to just be turned away.

The lady on the business services is so rude, she dont want to do her job is just sending people to print in the machines, personally I dont know how to use the machines but she doesnt care, also I requested help and she said that if she help me I have to paid more for that service.And the end she print from her computer but this action take me 25 minutes, I dont think is fair.Also she have a line, customers waiting, customers printing and 3 associates around that they dont help her. This location needs to work in customer services skills.

I love this home depot and I hope they have a way to stay in business despite online retail. They did recently make an option to order online and pick up in an hour which is cool. The guy asking if he can help you when you walk in is highly qualified and knows all the answers to all your nerdy questions, and can help newbs as well. I use this location for all my office needs. Prices are actually really really good too! Especially on printers and hard drives!

Attempted to exchange an item and store would not accept online receipt for online order. They only wanted the paper receipt. It took 30 minutes to convince them to do the exchange. Try Amazon in the future.

Didnt have item in stock. The one there was damaged. So associate was very helpful, he recommended shopping online.

After printing pictures here, I will NEVER go to Walgreens again. Very friendly and unbeatable customer service. Had a perfect experience with Sean and our pictures came out great!

AVOID THE PRINTING DEPARTMENT!!!!! On Wednesday I had dropped off a project at the Office Depot in Deerfield Beach, FL to be picked up the following day which was not ready as promised... today, which is Monday so 5 days later, I went to pick it up and it still is NOT completed! All they did was make copies which at least those ended up being free. And when I dropped off the project the store was out of stock of binders so I had to go back to the office and go back to the store to drop off the supplies- that in itself should have been a red flag. And the copies though free are uncorrelated and in a bulk. They had been dropped off all sorted out with the dividers completed and provided.

Placed an online order and it was ready in less than an hour

The store itself gets an above average rating, this is a very good office supply store.

I have never until this store had a store employee follow me out of the door when I didnt purchase anything. They asked me why I didnt purchase anything, like they were doing a survey. But it was ridiculous and embarrassing. I felt like I was being stalked. Ive notice Office Depot does this a lot inside the store, where they try to be super attentive and ask everyone multiple times if you can be helped, but its way overboard and following a customer out the door asking why you didnt buy anything is just flat out ridiculous! Ill be going to Staples from now on.
