Not enough cashiers to run the cash register its always a long line every time I go in there the shows are pretty much empty and a mess leftover boxes cardboard they do have great items there when I do decide to do some type of arts and crafts with my children

Lots of people shopping. Line moved very fast. Very nice cashier. Sunbeam Flexible LED Desk Lamp cost $5 to $8 online for $1!!! at Dollar Tree. Large 32+ oz of SoftSoap brand hand soap $1! Lots more great stuff that goes ohhh sooo FAST!

Dollar tree is the best place to go you can find anything there and it only costs a dollar

Nice variety for low price. Checkout person friendly. Could greet customers better as entering store. But satisfied. Loved the rice and beans and lentils selection.

Not the greatest. People have health conditions, thats why somedays we enter without a mask. I am sure to keep my distance and if someone does come close I do cover my mouth and nose. But, when a store associate decides to leave the register to follow me and my daughter around yelling literally from across the store at us to put a mask on is offensive. When I left I simply asked for this ladys name who was rude and asked if I was offended when she told me to put a mask on, I replied no I was offended when you start yelling at us from across the store. I got her first name but refused to give me her last which I was ok with when I ask if she was the only associate with that name she refused to answer pointing at the door. Mentioning the sign on the door. All the time people enter this store without a mask. I have never seen such behavior as this and I hope noone should have to go through this experience i did.

Store is in good order and the people working there are always very helpful and nice.

Cheapest place around for holiday wrapping papers, or any other type. They have everything you need and always seem to have plenty of selections.

The store is great and the people who work there are great and nice the reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the bathroom is never clean and the people who go to this store really can ruin the experience of being there. But over all it is a pretty good store.

Love love love this store, always stocked full of all your needs and now has a cooler in the bk with food. I find things all the time for a dollar that u see at other stores for 3 and 4 dollars. I love saving!!!

I always have a great time and can find everything I am looking for. I also find even more than I was going to get. The people that work there are always very helpful and a pleasure to talk to. You should go but, be prepared to be Amazed.

This is the only Dollar Tree in my area. Although I do enjoy the shopping, at times they could use one more cashie because of the lines. The cashier Jenny is so sweet and pleasant!

You can get phone chargers here, $1 for the USB cable and $1 for the plug-in for either wall or car. Besides the universal USB, they also sell the new Type-C USB cable that the new phones have, also for $1. Everything is $1, unlike other dollar stores. They have an electrical, a pet, and a food section. Its like a little Walmart where nothing is more than $1.

Summer yard stuff had plenty for kids to play with

Just went through the line, and witnessed some Steve guy come up and what I feel was a bit unprofessional and inappropriate way chew out the girl at the register because she didnt call for back up, upon her trying to explain that the other employees were helping elsewhere, he snipped even more at her treating her like she was ignorant in front of probably about 10 of us customers. After she called for help someone came up and commented how she didnt have a drawer and therefore couldnt help and walked off! I think Steve owes the girl (Lidia) an apology at the least. Treating employees like that especially in front of customers is inappropriate.

They have such a great selection of items to choose from, however, its because of this that the store is a little crowded. Still good shopping though.

Every time I go to this Dollar Tree the floors are filthy, the shelves look like a tornado just went through and they never have any of the new current items that other Dollar Trees are currently carrying. I drive 20 miles to a different town to go to a Dollar Tree.

The selection is good. But quite a few of the shelves were messy and unorganized. The bathrooms definitely need to be updated.

I like a lot the Dollar Tree, but this one in Dekalb have limited items, I used to go to the One in Naperville and have so many items that I use regularly but this one dont have the same items available, very limited on garden stuff, many things that I use to find in Naperville, this one dont have, one thing I do like is that this Dollar Tree have bread, flour tortillas and English muffins, oh and ones I was able to get a huge container of creamer for the coffee, but havent seen them anymore. Another thing was the guy who packed my items into bags didnt pack my glass wine cups with anything to protect them he just put them with other items, in Naperville they make sure that my glass items are protected. But is always fun to go to the dollar store.

I just purchased tableware and the cashier was too busy to put my items in bags. His words not mine. There were people behind me and he had to check them out. The person right behind me said thats ok bag her items I can wait. I had to ask fot bags 1st off so I can bag my own items. He said he manager would help when she was back from break. She did after I asked for her to help when she came back. This is not ok. I am a paying customer and I should not be told the cashier is too busy to do his job. I was more then willing to help bag but he just scanned me items left them at the end of the register and said Im too busy......

This location has the absolute worst employees ever. And it’s sad, because they are almost all older generation people who should know how to treat people with a little respect. I picked up an entire case of Mt.Dew Kickstarts which has 12 in it which would have obviously been $12, and the gentleman came walking from behind the counter, all the way down the isle where I was standing and in the most condescending tone, made a statement ‘you know those are $1 for the whole case, right?!’ Like I’m an idiot. I come here first before going shopping at the grocery store, because they are $1 each instead of $1.50+ at the competition. And that’s NOT the worst part, he proceeds to go to the counter and chat with the other cashier about how I put the whole case in my cart and his little comment, loud enough for the entire store to hear! How embarrassing! You will never get another $1 from me!

Great price good place to start

Walked in and manager and cashier did not acknowledge us. They looked and continued their conversation. There were kids throwing a ball to each other in the store. Seeing as though the manager wasn’t doing anything, there was merchandise on the floor in each aisle.

Very busy, yet they opened a 3rd line to speed up check out.

Best place to get everything at a dollar each

I walked in to a line of 20 people and only one register open while there were people chatting and kicking back in the front room. A customer in front of me called the store to tell them they have a huge line and the guy at the register could use some help and the manager that answered was snobby and careless, then when she hung up talked crap loud enough for the line of customers to hear about the customer calling in. Ive never met more trashy and unprofessional employees. Especially the manager that was there today. Tall, big, dyed dark red/purple hair. She is awful and discusses things with other employees that should not be discussed in front of customers.
