The school is great. you learn new things everyday here. The teachers can be rude sometimes.

Its Good I Love My Friends And Most Of My teachers

Amazing, enjoyable.....I would highly recommend this middle school. Let me just say that my experience here is much better than at Clinton-Rosette Middle School. The counselors actually care about you and how you feel. The counselors at Rosette were just rude and really no help at all. The staff at Huntley are warm, loving and caring. The staff at Rosette cuss kids out when in trouble (principal and assistant principle). The support at Huntley is amazing. It was a very warm welcome to DeKalb when I moved in seventh grade. Everyone was nice and caring. The disciplinarions are a bit stern. However, they really DO care about you and want the best out of you as well as the rest of the school. I loved the teachers. They seemed to have a passion for their job and cared about each and everyone of their students. The students do so much better at Huntley than at Rosette. The teachers do anything they can to help your child learn and be successful. The staff and teachers respect you as long as they are treated with equal amount of respect. Send your child to this school if you can. It really IS the better of the two middle schools in DeKalb. If you send your child to Clinton-Rosette good luck. You certainly are going to need it. The staff really didnt really have any passion for their job. They just do it because they have to. But the staff in Huntley are raising kids to be successful. At Clinton, they really dont care. At Huntley they make any accomadations they can to make you feel welcome. The food is better there also. Just an extra plus when in school. Hope your experience at Huntley will be good as mine!

The worst school i have ever had to deal with no one can return phone calls and they dont do anything about bullying school should be reported nothing ever gets done
