This Dollar Tree was a little disappointing. A lot of the shelves were empty. I wasnt able to find any of the items I were looking for. But my 9yr. Old granddaughter found plenty of art supply toys so she could paint and I purchased 2 calendars for next year. Otherwise I had to go to another store in Midwest City to find what I needed.

The cashier was rude and needs customer service training. They are NEVER completely stocked and need better management. Watch out for the rude heffa with tape on her face.

Theres a few things not in stock, but for the most part, you can get a few essentials like PT or TP, foil, trash bags, quickly here, especially party favors, napkins, plates, etc. As well as greeting cards. Not everything is a dollar, if its big, watch pricing, but most items are $1.

I prefer the store in Midwest City. They are friendlier and have a better selection

This dollar store is always messy. Every time I go here there are boxes in every single isle. To the left when you walk in there is an entire employee cart (not the normal costumer ones) filled with products. There’s always a shelf lower to the ground that has everything just put in there. At max there’s only one cashier even though there’s at least 7 costumers in line waiting. The cashier I had last time I went was beyond rude. She had headphones in, wasn’t wearing a mask (the mask mandate was still happening) and she handled my items in a rude and unprofessional way.

The casher shamanda need to work on customer service. She should not be Listening to her head phone and rapping unappropriate language and (she say wont your receipt) Instead of saying will you like your receipt

The staff are always the kindest!! Compared to many, it stays in order. Aloy neater and kept than some I have been to!! Thanks to the staff during this pandemic as well!!

Wow!!...45 minutes late! Manage was rude. Didnt mind the long line. Clearly Ms. Patti I believe that was the managers name is lazy! She wouldnt give the one clerk a hand....dispute the line all the way to the back wall! Other than that I gave a two star because the cashier was very nice and patient. P.s. dont order anything online and have delivered to the store. Ms. Patti will take her sweet little time to assist you

Their stock was much less than desirable. They had many empty shelves and pegs. It was pathetic. However, the cashier was very friendly, which brought them an extra star.

Everytime I go in there, the employees are huddled up chatting and I have to wait around for them to choose a register to check me out on. By that time there are several people standing around waiting to be checked out and it becomes a free for all... whoever is closer to whichever register the employee chooses always rushes up.As if it isnt enough already, we all have to wait for the cashier to check their text messages before they start scanning... I end up losing 5-10 min of my day just waiting on people to do their job!I wouldnt be writing this review if this didnt happen more than once... Infact it happens 1-2xs a week that I come in to buy supplies.

Its a dollar tree. There all the same. Always seems like a tornado went through but for what they pay them they do a good job

Wasnt busy like other locations can get. It was nice to be able to look around and then not wait in line for ever. Will be back.

Nothing better than a neighborhood dollar tree. Not the cleanest one Ive been to in OKC, but, I always find what Im looking for. The employees are very kind and willing to assist. Honestly, thats what makes a place worthy of returning to. So thank you guys! Customer service still exists and you will get that here. Namaste.

Was busy but got out real quick great job

They had very good selection but the store was very messy and needed to be stopped.

Crowded and picked over but Christmas is next week so its expected. Employees surprisingly upbeat considering what verbal abuse Im sure theyre enduring on the daily. All in all what youd expect from a Dollar Tree.

While the people are very friendly and helpful, this is the most disorganized dollar tree Ive been too.

Much more organized than most Dollar Trees Ive been to. Cashier was friendly but it seemed as if they were understaffed.

Convenient close to home

This location is not as big or as busy as some of the other ones. Only about half of what I needed was in stock (which is about the same as other locations) . I am disabled and rarely get out so its frustrating not to be able to get everything on my list while Im there but it seems to be standard for all Dollar Trees. In general I still save money and end up getting most of what I wanted. Customer service and germ cleanliness awareness for both well observed.

Lots of variety

Found what l was looking for. Other stores, brand names, didnt have what l was looking for. Tried 3 other variety stores, they didnt stock the items l was needing for our fall fest. Dollar Tree did and was a $1 each. Good selection, friendly people.

Great place to shop when you have limited cash to buy everyday items from gifts cards n balloons to some food items and household cleaning products to hygiene and there is a wide selection of things that make it a cool little place to shop for everyday items.

This is the worst Dollar Tree in the metro area. It looks like its going out of business. Its always trashy and the shelves are barely stocked their are only two employees should be working one of them were hiding in the office and the other is running the Register this place was busy it took me an hour to cash out still the other never came out to help

It was good service and good prices. Dollar Tree has some things I wont buy anywhere else like paper plates, kleenex, allergy medicine, vitamins and low dose aspirin to name a few.

They where very helpful and respectful and LGBTQ friendly I give them a 5 star

Very bad, got there at 9:15 AM and the store was still closed, they open at 9:00 AM. The 2 people inside did not even come to the door to let us know what was going on, just ignored us. Finely almost 9:25 AM a young lady showed up in her car and she opened the door. When I ask what happen she was very unfriendly. Should have gone somewhere else shopping
