McDojo (Google the definition if youre insure) this so called school is the reason the word was created. The instructors exibit nor obide by none of the leadership skills they teach!!!

My grandson has been taught by Ms. Herndon for the last 3 2/2 years. She has always been completely fair and honest with him. She is very supportive and gets as excited as he does when he has any and all accomplishments. She also does anything within her ability to encourage her students in and out of class. She has taught him respect and discipline. She is extremely patient and talented. She explains what is expected of them and what they should expect from her and all the instructors. I would like Ms. Herndon especially and the other instructors to know that appreciate all the do, not just for my grandson but for all of her students. So if you reading trying to decide if you should sign up for classes or not, please do you wont regret it.

My son has been taking classes with Miss Herndon for a little over 3 years. In addition to teaching him martial arts she and Miss Morgan have taught him self esteem, confidence, honesty, respect, communication, and many other valuable life skills. They’re more than just awesome instructors to us, they’re family!

Legend Martial Arts is an absolutely fantastic martial arts school! The instructors are extremely professional and kind, and they care about their students. Their training is top notch!

Its sad that people leave 1 star reviews when they have never even been to this business. The instructors are professional, kind, and always have a black belt attitude. They are caring, and will do anything to help anyone. The fact that people have the mentality to leave bad reviews just because someone is doing better than them is upsetting, but unsurprising. Keep up the good work Legend!

My daughter has only taken a few classes and we are hooked. My daughter cannot wait to attend class each week. She has been improving with behavoir at home and school already. Morgan and Jocelyn are wonderful instructors. The whole place is like one big family, very welcoming. Great place for the whole family to enjoy. I highly recommend!

My grandson has been a student of Legend Martial Arts for some time. Sensei Herndon has a gift in working with children. Sensei Herndon is very patient and sets the example with all of her students. Legend Martial Arts is a family oriented dojo focused on morals, discipline, and accountability. Sensei Herndon not only teaches her students Taekwondo, she teaches them to become better people.

Legend Martial Arts is run by wonderful instructors who care about their students! They also have a great summer camp program! Definitely recommend their classes!!!!

I always say I wish I lived closer to this school because I would love to regularly attend the classes, but even driving two hours for a Saturday self-defense class is entirely worth it. The teaching style doesnt just focus on what you do (though this is also very thoroughly taught), but how you do it, and the how that is emphasized is based on respect for self and others, empowerment, and situational awareness. You leave feeling not only physically, but mentally stronger.

Legend is so much more than just a school. Ms. Herndon has taught my son so much about respect for others and himself, determination, honesty, and just about every other life skill you can think of. He has gained strength and confidence in a way no other influence has taught him and he’s had fun doing it. Everybody should take classes here.

Love the instructor, definitely knows what she is doing. Ms. Herndon is great with my kids, ages 4 and 6, and very encouraging. Her adult classes are upbeat, fun, and a great way to train. I absolutely love attending classes and learning teakwondo here. I already have and will continue to recommend them anyone looking to get into martial arts.

My work did a team building event and had LMA come out and do a self defense class. The instructor(s) were very professional and at the same time fun! They not only taught us some cool moves but also talked to us about different ways to defend yourself without having to use force. I learned and laughed all at the same time! It was a great experience.

Ms Herndon and her staff are AMAZING with my 2 teens!! They love going to class and have been challenged in the last 6 months that they have been going! I have tried the Tai Chi class and I love it!! Need to make more time for it

I met Miss Herndon by going to sign up my nephew for classes. Somehow I ended up enrolling in them myself, and now 3 years later Im not only working for her, but also training towards my 2nd degree and instructor certifications! She is definitely someone that deserves a lifetime of loyalty. The foundations she teaches everyone is amazing, and my favorite part of the day is watching someone with no confidence come in, meet Miss Herndon, and leave knowing that they can take on the world.
