I took the Animation Dubbing workshop in June of 2018, was very excited and enjoyed my class.However, the class advertises it was supposed to include a demo 2-3 months after completion, and nearly 1 year later I’ve yet to receive my demo or a refund.I’ve emailed Sonny Strait countless times over the course of the past 10 months. I’ve only received two responses which I was very excited about, only to receive radio silence again. I’ve visted his studio directly and yet he still will not respond or reach out.I’m currently contacting the BBB in order to rectify the situation. 4/27/2019*Update - 05/05/2019Sonny reached out to me on 4/28, he apologized and provided a full refund. He assured me this was not the norm and that he has had hundreds of students and this is the first time this has happened. He provided my demo to me as well. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and only wish this situation could have been avoided.
