Im a big fan of Dollar Tree stores in general, and this particular Dollar Tree is wonderful. Im so impressed by how well the employees keep the store clean and stocked. I try to comment to them about what a good job theyre doing whenever Im in there. I hope the patrons help them continue to keep it up. It really does look so clean and organized every time I have been in and that is SO appreciated. Ive certainly been in locations that are just the opposite and its not a great shopping experience. I look forward to shopping here.

Convenient for shopping they had no usb-c chargers or adult face masks ended buying other things I have to come back when they stock up man☹️🙁

This Dollar Tree is awful, and stock is always different. Still the best place for bubble mailers and cheap caffeine. No one expects greatness from Dollar Tree, but you cant beat the prices.

Dollar Tree has many cheap items. Drinks, snacks, canned goods, frozen food lunch meat. It is party central for all your celebration needs! They have seasonal items and keep up with trends. ✔️ It out!!

Had no problems finding the things that I needed and no one was in line at the register.

Staff was super friendly! I always go in for one or two things and end up dropping like $50 bucks, I think that is a problem I have though. So, 5 stars!

Most of the Dollar Trees I visit dont have friendly staff, on the sales floor or at the registers. I mean, how much can you really make an hour at a Dollar store?? The location I visit in Denton is the exception. I work very close to tbe one off of University and usually run on my lunch hour to get what I need. Besides being more organized than any dollar store Ive ever been in, the staff is pleasant. They dont treat you like you are bothering them when you have questions and actually seem happy to see you when you check out. I have actually stopped shopping at the DT in Lewisville and make it a point to visit the Denton location. Keep up the good work.

I work a 12 hour days , and every day never get to any store while there open!! I called up and let the manager know I was right around the corner, they let me in & I BOOKED IT to get all my cleaning supplies etc, the cashier was so nice & the manager I can not thank you enough!! I believe her name was Alina?!?!I will be calling the supervisor or corporate to give props as well to both of them! Excellent Customer Service

Ive been coming to this Dollar Tree for nearly two years, and I got such exceptional customer service from DeAnn yesterday, I had to leave a review. In the height (so far) of COVID-19 lockdown, the staff of this store have been conscious of social distancing (taping of the floors, and limiting capacity.) I never minded waiting outside, because the staff has been so kind and clearly doing their best. The only complaint Ive ever had was the extreme delay in limiting the number of paper items a single customer can purchase (it took about two months.) I think this is more due to corporate than because of the store employees themselves. Thank you to DeAnn and to Dollar Tree at University for being amazing, especially during such a stressful time. Yall are awesome!

Ive shopped at a lot of dollar trees over the years. This is a good one. Huge store and lots of products to choose from, plenty of room in the aisles. Staff is always polite. Giant parking lot with plenty of spots to use

Neat and tidy. Unless they are sticking with more the one associate the sales floor is clean and easy to navigate. The bathrooms are always clean and the sign let us know it its not to your standard of cleanliness is taken to heart. After a friendly talk with a associate I continued my shopping but shortly after the an associate was seen walking to the back looking ready to clean. The lines are fast and survive unfathomable.

I mean, its dollar tree. Everything is a dollar or less. Electronics are not great, but everything else I have purchased here has been amazing. This location even has frozen veggies and great desserts!

Just went basically grocery shopping there. Down the food isles is something else. They have everything from, rice, condiments, chips, cookies, crackers, pickles, sodas, water etc... love the dollar tree. Respect the dollar tree

They’re always so kind at this location, and the store is always well maintained, clean floors and as much as it can be helped merch is always where is supposed to be. Things are easy to find and you’re not climbing/tripping/falling over one thing to get to what you’re actually looking for.Great work Dollar Tree:)

Products can be kind of messy at times, but the customer service is pretty nice. Beware of homeless and/or creepy people lingering outside the store.

Its OK...but they always seem to be out of stock with a lot of stuff...so for convenience sake I take my chances. Staff is pleasant...for the most part...but not overly helpful.

A smaller Dollar Tree in comparison to the one located on the 288 loop and highway 35. It does not have as much items as the other, but it is not as messy and has great customer service.

If you have seen the movie wrong turn - than you have not experienced worse than that/ the condoning of actions from staff a hour before closing ... ...../ I am just thankful that I will be refusing corrective organ surgery and that I am reminded of what is allowed to leave the hospital with a baby/ I will never be able to have a child -with what is now reassurance that I am not going to be the only decent and loving parent to ever exist / because I will never mentally, physically, or situation abuse any human by bringing them to the standard of what is allowed to leave the hospital with a baby or into a public place without kick boxing experience or a biohazard suit

They do not have as wide of a selection as the other store, and hardly keep anything on the shelves. Id rather drive across town to the other one where Ill have a larger selection of things. Like the other day I went in looking for candy canes and they did not have any at all! I went to the other store across town and of course they had a wide verity of them!
