This experience beats every job I had before, including the jobs that I worked in my third world country. At the only staff meeting I attended people on the break were just talking about how bad the job is.My manager wanted me to work 14-16 hours per week but only pay for 8. I addressed this issue at the meeting with the CFO and she told me without blinking an eye that its expected from teachers to do the lesson planning on their personal time in this country and thats why its not covered. The whole management team spends hours on sending emails that nobody asked for. Imagine sending an all-staff email where you announce what milk people can use from the office fridge, considering that 90% of staff doesnt work from office. Thats Spring Institute right there.I quit after a month. Sorting packages at Amazon was a way better professional and gratifying experience for me and the paycheck was better as well. The only thing I regret is that I didnt record my conversation with the CFO. This lady obviously never was held accountable for anything in her life.Avoid this place at all costs. If they exploit and disrespect their staff they obviously wont bother caring for their customers.
