My son has been enrolled at Mathnasium Cherry Creek off and on for over 1 year. He seems to struggle with math but excels in reading/spelling. I dont know if its a left brain-right brain thing or what. We had heard of Kumon but also heard the teaching methods can be difficult to understand.Enter Mathnasium...we read good reviews and decided to give it a try due to the proximity of our home to the center. We were pleasantly surprised with the staff who all are math majors and very patient. The instructors have very clear and simple teaching methods which helps the student understand and figure out the problem on theyre own without giving the student the answers. It should be noted we saw positive results within a few months. My son didnt seem to get as frustrated and seemed to be more confident!All of the staff have been very warm, friendly and professional. The center Director/owner has always been very flexible and accommodating not to mention friendly and warm. In short, my family has only had a very positive experience with Mathnasium Cherry Creek. Id encourage any parent of a struggling student to give them a try.

I took my daughter here about a year ago over the summer, and for what we paid you’d think they’d be nicer to the kids they tutor. One of the tutors made my daughter feel uncomfortable by being mean about her math knowledge. We didn’t even finish taking her for the time we had paid because of how upset she was.

We love Mathnasium! My son was struggling to keep up in math throughout 2nd grade - getting pulled out for math intervention which in turn caused him to miss part of his normal math lesson; the help being offered at school only seemed to contribute to a cycle of him always struggling to keep up. We’ve now been at Mathnasium for over six months and have seen tremendous growth. He enjoys going to Mathnasium (possibly in part because he’s prize driven!) and is bummed when he’s not scheduled to go. We’ve seen his confidence in math soar - and now at the start of 3rd grade, he seems to be keeping up very well and even gets excited about math. I can’t say enough positive things about Mathnasium - their methods work and the staff are absolutely wonderful! Thank you!!

Weve used Mathnasium for several years now for our younger daughter. We started when she was in middle school and it was a great help. She is now a Freshman in college and we just used a tutor for Statistics. It really helped her with an upcoming test and she is maintaining a B in her math class. She has always struggled in math, so this is really exciting for her. Its good to know that she can call on Mathnasium for tutoring in a pinch and that it truly does help. All the tutors shes had have been very good.

I have personally been going to Mathnasium for almost 3 years now, starting when I was a Sophomore including their summer program. The amount of assistance and personal growth I have witnessed here is unbelievable. Each instructor truly cares for the students and our growth academically, as well as being able to easily explain each challenge I may put at them regarding my homework, Mathnasium work, or my ACT prepping. I went from failing math with a troubling loss of basic math skills, to excelling at the top of my class and now helping other students with work.I cant describe a better feeling than being in control and proving to others how intelligent you are, all thanks to Mathnasium of course. :)

Mathnasium has given our daughter confidence and the independent instruction that she needed. She pops out of the car to get her lesson and proudly tells me what she completed when she is finished. Most importantly, the feedback from her classroom teacher has been extremely positive. We are seeing real progress.

Great and flexible tutoring. Not arguing with our son over math is well worth the monthly cost. He is really progressing and catching back up to his peers at school. Highly recommend.

My daughter was a VERY reluctant math student. She hated math because she didnt feel like she was good at it and it carried no social cache or interested. After 6 months of Mathnasium (2x/week), she scored the highest grade in her class on the big math test, and wants to keep going. She now has new-found confidence in an area she never imagined would be a source of strength. This has been a great resource - not only helping her academics, but also her social-emotional sense of self.

We love Mathnasium! Made all the difference to my daughter when she started high school honors math classes. The one-on-one instruction and calm environment allowed her to really focus and learn the concepts she was being introduced to in school - and in more than one class brought her initial D up to an A! We came in for ACT math prep sessions too and she brought her math score up 9 points the next time she took the exam. As a parent Ive also appreciated the support and willingness to talk through different issues and make recommendations tailored to our needs. And Cherry Creek location is conveniently on the way to many things. Cant recommend them highly enough!

Mathnesium has made a huge difference in my sons life. He loves to go to classes and is always excited about what hes learned. He has dyslexia and they make it easy for him to learn and retain what hes learning. Thank you!!

My daughter Rylee Nelsen has gone to Mathnasium for the past 4 + years. We cannot speak highly enough regarding the support and quality tutoring she has received. She has gone from almost failing math to being an A student for several years and counting! We have looked into additional options in the Denver area, but the flexibility and quality instruction cannot be compared. The big advantages at Mathnasium in Cherry Creek are the flexibility and ability to go daily if needed for one basic monthly fee. Since Rylee often goes 4X a week, this is HUGE. They also have private instruction available and have been great at providing a custom program for us to include both. Rylee is in honors high school level math classes and the instructors are more then comfortable with the class content. She has referred many of her classmates after hearing what a positive experience she has had. Bernard Douthit, the Director and Owner is very helpful and is on site daily. He has gone above and beyond to work with us and has often offered additional study groups for the students and also communicates directly with the high school teachers to assure Mathnasium is familiar with the high school curriculum.Would HIGHLY recommend!!!Michelle Kenrick
