A fun date night. The instructors are fun and upbeat. They help you with correcting your painting and give great advice. The painting tempo is relaxed and slow. They have plenty of drinks to enjoy while painting. It is great to check their website to see what painting is up ahead of time. Easy to reserve. 10 out of 10!

Such a fun, great place to have some fun. My friend and I went there, he had been there a few times, it was my first time. The girls were super fun and friendly, cracking jokes. Very good at explaining what to do and how to do it. Helped us create a masterpiece. Thanks again for all the fun. Cant wait to try it again.

The take home kits are amazing and come with table cover, apron, brushes, acrylic paints, canvas, and step by step directions on how to recreate a chosen painting. Such a value. Ordering was very simple and quite the bargain. Shipping was fast, which was great as it allowed my friends and I to have a paint night together over video conference. Will def be back/do again

I had such a good time at Whimsy. The instructor was awesome and very helpful and patient. There were also two other helpers there for the newbies. There were games so we could win free drinks and we also sang happy bday for the people celebrating. I thought it was neat that we all interacted with each other. I loved my painting and the entire experience.

Wow! Can I give it 10 stars? Not only was it fun, educational for me and beautifully set up, the owner went OUT of her way after I bought the best fitting, coolest looking face mask and when I got home to Kansas I realized I wanted 8 more. She custom made, to my color choices, and made me 8 more masks, plus mailed them to me. They are my FAVORITE and fit fantastic so I can still breathe with glasses.

We ordered paint kits to be delivered to our house! They came with table drop cloths, paper towels, aprons, paintbrushes, a lovey note, and more! It is obvious this family run business cares about their customers and it will be so fun to do these pint kits for our anniversary! I’m so wowed! Could not recommend more!

Ive been here several times and always enjoy myself! They strike a good balance between party time and supporting creative endeavors, adjusting to the mood of the room. Shy is my favorite instructor! Theyll help you as much or as little as you like, somehow giving everyone attention even when there are a lot of us! If you have even just a little experience painting, I also recommend the Open Studio times -- you can use their supplies (and let them clean up!!) to put your imagination to canvas, or you can mimic one of the paintings they have up on the wall with a little guidance from staff (not the full instructive experience, but they can help you pick out colors and give some advice).

The instructor was nice ect. I do have a complaint. the pic on line when I paid for the canvas was totally differant then what I got to paint. In the pic on line there was two pumpkins and we got to paint one.The coloring didnt make sense. With a dark sky where did the blue and purple highlights on the bottom of the pumpkin come from ? Ill do another one but if theres that big of a difference again, that will be my last.

This was the first partner painting we’ve done and our first time at Whimsy. The atmosphere was super inviting, the class was a good size with a mix of experience levels, and the instructor (Shiloh) was amazing! When we got stuck or needed to refine any part of our painting, the staff was quick to jump in with advice or assistance. I highly recommend checking out Whimsy if you’re looking for something fun to do in the Denver area. We will definitely be back!

First off, SHILOH was a lot of fun to work with! She taught the class well! :-)I have went to several paint and sip classes (various companies) and this seems to be the best! Their bar selection is BY FAR the best, Shiloh was a sweetheart and very hands on...We did a glitter painting (moon & tree)! A lot of fun! I would definitely recommend this place for a night out!

Shiloh was amazing! Best instructor Ive ever had! I love how they have a camera to see everything! Most places dont have that and I think that is a great idea, no matter where you sit you can see! Did I mention the teacher was great!!

Amazing experience. Shared evening with daughter and painted side by side. The instructor was awesome - engaging, instructive and entertaining. All the staff was great and helpful. Highly recommend for a fun evening with added benefit of my own hand painted picture to remind of the evening.

My grandson (age 13) and I had such a good time painting during open studio on Labor Day. He brought a windmill sketch as an idea for painting and I brought a tree of life watercolor to paint.Thanks so much to Stina. I appreciated the little things she did to give my grandson ideas for color and technique. We painted for several hours, and she instinctively knew when to step in with words of encouragement and gentle suggestions. We walked out smiling (even though tired) and feeling so happy about what we had accomplished.

I LOVE WHIMSY! I’ve been two other times and each time was so much fun. Only thing I missed on the Paint Your Pet class was I was the only one left out of photos for facebook and photos in general, which is a bummer because I like tagging myself. But otherwise, I usually always have a great time here and it’s reasonably priced.

This was my first painting class and the entire experience far exceeded my thoughts. Was really surprised at the energy of the class - everyone was having so much fun. We hosted Whimsy On Wheels at one of our housing properties and our residents absolutely loved it! The instructor Stine was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire painting experience. They brought all the supplies needed and there was no hassle. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to host a Whimsy painting party on or off-site.

This an awesome place to have fun. The people that provide direction are professional, happy, and make everyone feel comfortable. Strangely enough everyone’s painting looked pretty good! The wine brings out our best! It’s great I’ll be back soon!

Love this place!! I painted a Star Wars-themed piece and walked away so proud of myself because I don’t have much artistic ability/experience whatsoever. The artist at Whimsy took us step-by-step and taught us several techniques. I highly recommend!

This was kind of hard to find for us because we parked on the other side of the shops and we got there late so we were panicked but the staff was great, very helpful... the studio was nice and everyone had a great time in my class! Also I must say both whimsy locations have some of the Best paintings! Whenever I am looking at all the locations to find one I like they always have the most beautiful paintings that I want to do, its just so far for me 😒

The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful! Had a great time, and even though I have no painting experience I came away with a piece I was happy with. The cocktails are also clever and delicious!

Was invited by a friend to go to Whimsy and it was the most amazing time!! I loved every single minute! The staff here is unbelievably cool and so helpful!! The atmosphere is so relaxed, no tension! I hosted my sister bridal shower last night at Whimsey. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and very fun. It was fun for a fun and social group but Id love to go myself or another friend.

Iam very un please with this extremely unprofessional staff I found this online and order some beauty and the beast painting for my 7 yr daughter and two niece since I couldnt make it I asked a family member to take them. Shortly after arriving they were told it was going to be another $35 when asked why extremely rude staff memeber stated that payment was for three people not for four we already paid $105 for this but the adult had to pay just to sit and watch no paint or partisapate in activity reminding you there are three children and the children couldnt stay with out a adult $35 to sit and watch in buliding when shown there is nothing that states this on the online add. Was told by staff member well you read it wrong and a refund was requested no there is no refund even if we havent even started the class yet and online never states all sales are finale Iam extremely disappointed in this company and will never go to recommend this to any one.

Stopped in and met the owner today. Great people and great business!
