Catholic Health Initiative had a team building afternoon of cooking classes at our facility which was a lot of fun and very informative for everyone involved. This was the first time weve worked with The Gourmet Spoon and found them VERY professional and great to work with. We are really looking forward to working with them again in the future.

We took our second class at Seasoned Chef last week. The first was the basics class, which improved our confidence and helped us move around the kitchen faster. It has certainly helped us feed our two children more healthy home cooked meals even though both of us work full time.The second class was Indian cuisine, and it was a pleasure following Rosa around the kitchen as she created her dishes. We tried the sag paneer and rice last night, along with a turkey curry based on her tandoor in an effort to use our Thanksgiving leftovers. While it wasnt as good as Rosas, it was delicious and our house smells like an Indian Bazaar still this morning. It was a wonderful way to wake up.Thanks, Dan.
