It is an honor and a pleasure to teach business here at Northfield HS. Im so impressed by the teaching, administrative, and other staff. The students are doing rigorous, interesting, and relevant tasks and projects. There is a lot of school spirit too--go Nighthawks!

This school gave the worst experiences of my life. The academics in regards to teaching was very poorly done. Not only that but when bullying would occur the principal and other teachers took little action.

Incoming 9th grader who wasnt able to be in class most of this past year. All of the administration and staff were quick to respond to changing situations, always quick to reach out with information and were always present and available to our family when we had concerns and needed guidance. The IEP team was responsive and insured all the teachers and the whole team were providing supports and carefully evaluating needs as they arose.I wish I had the words to say how great this school is and how positive the year has been. Under indescribable situations, this school creating a learning pathway for their students and Im forever grateful.In particular, the 9th grade teachers, every one of them, are dedicated and caring and responsive to the students and wholeheartedly want their kids to succeed and it shows every day. What a terrific group of educators!

We have had an exceptional experience at NHS. My son is a freshman and has been challenged academically with rigorous course work, amazing teachers and strong classroom environments! The leadership at this school is absolutely INCREDIBLE! The Principal and Assistant Principals strive to get to know each and every kid in the building. The administration and staff hold students accountable and challenge them to do their best work to achieve their academic long-term goals! Athletics reminds me Friday Night Lights...each game is filled with parents, students and community members all cheering on the team sports! Activities is incredibly strong and clubs are growing by the day! We LOVE Northfield!

I have a freshman and sophomore at NHS - each a very different student profile; however, each has found his place at Northfield. It is growing school with a small feel. There are numerous ways to get involved and when a student doesnt, it seems as if it is noticed and he/she is asked to help on a project. The leadership is what I admire most, which trickles down to supported teachers, which trickles down to successful students. Go Nighthawk Nation!

Excellent choice! This comprehensive Denver High School is robust in its offerings for academics, arts and athletics. Great administrators, teachers and staff plus very inclusive and diverse!

The school is not a friendly place for he LGBT Community! If you send your child to this school they will experience hate from staff members and their classmates! Bullying is overlooked and rarely addressed! The ministration will come off as though they are on your child side and want to help, but will turn around and bully and belittle them as well. On a good note the teachers are supportive and want to see your child succeed.

Excellent! Our experience at Northfield has been great. Our son is a Jr. and we love that there are options for him to do some IB coursework or go for the whole IB diploma, depending on the student. The teachers are fantastic and really care how the students are doing, as well as the administration who actually know the kids. There are lots of opportunities to compete in sports and clubs for everyone to be involved. Glad we’re part of the Northfield community!

My school, its amazing and was very overwhelming at first. But now things are getting sorted out, its a new school itll take some time before everything is perfect
