By far the most beneficial martial arts class I have ever taken. Both of the instructors, Mike and Dan, have been extremely patient and attentive to details, and it has made all of the difference in the world. They have helped so much with footwork and head movement, and they have added so much power and speed to my punches and kicks by working with me to clean up my form. Ive been going for almost a year and I love going to class. The instructors are good men and genuinely like teaching others.This place is not all about making money, they are passing along something important to them.Also you learn from other students and even yourself.Highly recommend if youre looking for somewhere to learn how to truly fight, but also get a good workout and learn about your own ego, this is the place.

If you are interested in stand up fighting (not grappling) this is the best place in town by far. Not flashy, very practical, sparring oriented. Exactly what it should be.
