Berkana is an amazing school for holistic massage and bodywork filled with love and wisdom. If you are looking for a school that teaches massage from all of its amazing aspects including spiritual, emotional, and physical, this is the place to go to. The teachers are all so great, with much love, knowledge and wisdom. This is a very accelerated school and you must put all of your heart and time into it for 4 months, but for some this is the best way to learn. This school is ahead of its time and is just the type of school that I believe is going to take the world into a new place.

Excellent therapists with a wide range of specialities. They supported the Scotland Lacrosse men’s team during the 2014 World Lacrosse Championships. Being at our physical and mental peak for vital games required our players to recover quickly and fully.The support provided by Berkana Institute graduates was a vital part of this recovery process. Without their support, our players would not have been able to continually perform at the high level required of them. The team ultimately finished 6th in the world, our highest finish to date, and having exceptional massage support was a crucial factor in our success. Thank you!

If a top notch massage is what youre after, the Berkana Institutes student clinic is the way to go. $25 for an hour of pure bliss. These students give the best massage ever , and Ive had a lot of massages along the Front Range. They even rival most of the pros Ive recieved massage from that have been in the biz for 20 years. The late 1800s mansion really sets the mood. The students are professional, courteous, and very skilled in their art. Highly recommend this school and clinic. Thanks.

The Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy was a huge learning experience for me: from learning ancient-to-modern massage techniques - to learning about self-care for the mind, body, and spirit.The instructors give hands-on help and instruction; this attention and care helped me fine-tune my skills and develop my intuition (something I learned was important for giving a life-altering massage). I graduated feeling confident and fully prepared to start my own business (I’m now 4 years self-employed as a massage therapist)! I learned how to handle situations professionally, how to communicate clearly, proper grooming/appearance, how to be a facilitator for healing and hold space for those going through emotions…and so much more!Berkana helps students with developing a business model, marketing, and self-promotion.
