Top Notch. The highest quality daycare you can find. They value play at the earliest ages. Don’t forget to bring your snow clothes. These teachers are amazing and brave the weather in order to get the kids outside, playing and running, in almost every situation. I can’t say enough about this daycare. This isn’t just a place to drop off your kids. The teachers truly care about the growth and development of your kids. They communicate daily with photos and reports so you stay updated on the growth and learning of your children. If you live in this area, look no further!

The best! The Wonder Academy supported our transition into parenthood and helped our son learn and grow in so many ways. He was giddy pulling into the parking lot every morning, and upon moving away we will miss this school very much.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time as a teacher at The Wonder Academy. The Leadership Team and the other Early Childhood Educators have created, and continue to create, a community rooted in compassion, nourishment and a deep understanding for the individual and collective journey. My teaching practice has flourished both creatively and emotionally, and I am so excited to see, and actively participate in, whatever lies ahead. The Leadership Team only has the best intentions for the development of both the children and the teachers, and it reverberates throughout our school.

I recently got hired to work at the Wonder Academy and I could not feel more LUCKY to be apart of this community. Chelsea, Rachel, and Audrey are amazing, and all of the teachers have been kind, welcoming, and warm since day one. I love having this opportunity to work at WA and I am grateful for the beautiful hearts I am surrounded by every time I walk into the school.

My twins boys have been thriving at The Wonder Academy for the past 10 months. From the leadership (Chelsea Moran is incredible) to the amazing teaching staff -- my kids are taken care of and encouraged to explore every facet of their interests every day. The community encourages friendship -- amongst children, staff, and parents. My boys are more and more curious about the world because of the teachers willingness to shape their instruction around responding inquisitiveness of their students. It says something when your twins say that they dont want to go to Kindergarten -- only because they never wants to leave their Sunnyside classroom at The Wonder Academy. Finally, the school does a great job with getting the children outside and around the neighborhood.

I cannot say enough good things about Chelsea and all the teachers and staff at Wonder Academy. They are warm, and accommodating, and most of all, very supportive of my daughter and her developmental needs. As far as we are concerned, it is an incredible value to get this level of care.

This is hands down the best early childhood education school I have ever worked for. The directors are so caring and respectful to their employees and treat us way better than other schools I have been at. We have their trust to create our classroom environment so it is specific to our children and ourselves as individual teachers, and we are allowed to take creative risks and attempt new ideas with support from the leadership team. The directors are very passionate about and focused on mental health as well as professional and personal development, and I have learned so much more since I began working here than I have at my other schools (which is saying something because I am going on around 12 years of experience in ECE). I would HIGHLY recommend this school as a place to work if you are passionate about or aligned with our philosophy, are ready and willing to embark on a personal and professional journey of growth, and love working with children.

The directors of this school use teachers as place holders so they can buy time to search for other candidates. I know 2 separate scenarios where this has occurred and I without a doubt know there is many more. If youre a new teacher or dont have much experience dont get to comfortable here, you will be fired the second they find someone that looks better on paper.
