Well-organized and professional. The studio is updated and modern, which helps you stay focused on the class. It is surrounded by a wooded area which creates the perfect calming ambiance. The owners are knowledgeable, and make customer care their #1 priority. I took their adult course and have watched their children’s classes. They have great options available for all ages! I would highly recommend taking a training course here if you’re looking for something like this!

Absolutely wonderful place to train your body and mind in the art of karate. Kraig and Seth are top tier karate trainers. I trained here for 8 years getting my black belt, and gaining many friends. If youre interested in learning traditional karate, for self defense or for any reason, I urge you to check this place out. Be warned though its not something you can master easily. It takes a long time to get anywhere near as good as Seth or Kraig are. 10/10

This is a beautiful place to train in the art of Karate. The dojo is gorgeous and no nonsense, and the training is absolutely excellent. It is a very Traditional, hard to find style of training that is a real jewel of the community. Here you will learn the art of Karate as its supposed to be taught. Precise, step by step, learn the basics, before moving on training.Sensei Rosendahl is an excellent teacher, particularly for the youth, as he blends in expert Karate training in with solid lessons that keep the students entertained. This is NOT your bargain belt handout martial arts here. This is the real deal, and if youre looking to get into the Martial Arts, this is a GREAT stepping stone. Seriously, try it out and see what you think. My son absolutely loves it!!
