It was a mission impossible till we found FireLogic, right after the first Phone call I felt much better and of course the service just carried on, super nice customer service and very knowledgeable team of people, so far, we deal with all kinds of remote emergencies on site together with them without any issues. Richard was able to adapt as the need changed from doing some basic installation work to digging deep into testing and toning out a mess of data lines that he was able to correct and restore connectivity to the devices. My company has been a client of FireLogic since we moved offices a few years back. They helped us set-up our whole configuration (a server and a dozen desktops) in the new space and have been our go-to guys since. Whether it’s software or hardware, nothing is too small or too complicated for them.They are also great at pointing us in the right direction with respect to what is the best approach and packages to use for remote computing and cybersecurity. Take my computer there that was out of warranty. They did try fixing it and putting in on new parts, but issues came up after issue. So they help me find another computer taking the price I pay so far as a down payment for the new laptop. Then transferring the data once it was all done. The laptop has follow all my expectations. They were good at listening and discussing so were able to talk about specs to make sure I had the right one.

We (my wife and I) have been using FireLogic for a number of years beginning with the purchase of new desktop and laptop PCs and subsequent set-up of our system. We recently experienced problem with our router and consequent access to the internet from our several devices. One of their technicians, Richard, arrived punctually at 9:00 am last Wednesday as scheduled and, after we defined the problem we were experiencing, he promptly began his analysis. Within about an hour he had determined the cause, rectified the problem and had our system back up and operating. We then checked out all devices to insure proper operation of each as well as the internet upload and download speeds. I cant say enough about Richards analytical approach and skills in addressing and resolving our system problem. Without hesitation I unequivocally endorse both Richard and FireLogic.

I have an I Mac that is almost 7 years old, so when it started shutting down every couple of minutes I was sure its time was up and Id have to buy a new one. FireLogic replaced the old rotating hard drive with a solid state hard drive and installed an antivirus program. I was so happy that I never lost any of my data and now my computer was faster than I remember it ever was. I saved a ton of money by not having to go out and purchase a new Apple computer. Derrick and his team at FireLogic are absolutely wonderful! My computer crashed and I needed help asap. Derrick and his team came to my rescue, within a couple of days, I had a completely new laptop, docking station, two new great screens and all of my software installed. Fantastic computer repair company. I have a Dell desktop computer that was freezing up and running very slow, so I gave these guys a call. The technician came over (got here on time UNLIKE the cable company), did a little checkup. Apparently it had a virus. He removed the virus. Did another checkup. Everything is now back to normal.
