I absolutely love and adore KinderCare in Des Plaines. Miss Darci is the Director, and she is so wonderful, so loving, so caring, so compassionate, you can really tell that her heart and soul is dedicated to the betterment and enrichment of the children. All of my daughters teachers Miss Nancy, Miss Maria, Miss Dhalian, Are also loving, caring, and patient. I actually drive every day from Villa Park because I don’t want to change my daughters environment. They are also wonderful and I cannot stop talking about how great they are!

I cannot day enough good things about this center! My kids all attend Kindercare and my oldest needed to be at Des Plaines center to attend school in her district. The level of commitment to these children goes above and beyond what is expected and paid for. I have had the teachers here dedicate their attention and time to specifically help my child and my family transition to E learning. More so than what we all thought would be needed. My daughter is hyper active and struggles paying attention, they honed in on her and adapted her setting, schedule and routines to support her better. The improvement to our lives is immeasurable! Mrs. Darci, Mrs. Tanya and Mrs.Patty deserve so much praise and credit for really doing all they can and more to impact these kids lives so positively.They are attentive and accountable. They are flexible and caring. I truly praise this center and am so indebted to them for their skills and passion on the Job.

We love Des Plaines KinderCare! My son has been going since he was 8 months old. I feel extremely comfortable sending my child there everyday. They always send a picture or video everyday too so you can see how much fun the kids are having. All the staff are so genuine and you can see how much they care about the kids. My son lights up when he goes there everyday and theres no bigger relief knowing that your child is being cared for with such love and attention each day. They also accommodate any request you have and are really good with communication. I would highly recommend Des Plaines Kinder Care!

We started my (almost) 2 year old at this daycare a couple of months ago and have been very happy! My daughter was greeted by Ms. Tanya the first morning who immediaty made my little one feel comfortable and safe. We get pictures on the app every day and know she is happy and cared for there! She learns something new everyday. Theyve! also done a great job accommodating her food allergies and skin sensitivity.

I have been with this center for 10years and I don’t regret my decision sending my kids there,every business have up and downs but at the end of the day,they’ve been there for me and family,my concerns are taken care of and my kids are safe there.Services we received during this pandemic was all I needed being a front line worker mom,management gave me the right directions to make this trying time almost painless,thank you Ms Darcy and Ms Tania and all the teacher there,my family appreciate everything you do.

From my short experience everyone has been loving an caring to my daughter she enjoys her time there with the teachers an fellows children. My daughter is 2 an i noticed when she goes potty at home or eats she wants to wash her hands an eat at the table an has started verbalizing what she wants. So im with the facility , the staff an their teaching.

I had 4 year old there and my 1year old there. All I can say this place doesnt even deserve 1 star. My kids were there like 6 months and I couldnt wait to get them out of there. The place is dirty. The teachers dont know what there doing. My son got bit in the back and they had no idea where it came from. My daughter always had diaper rash and according to them they change her every 2 hours...lie. if she was changed every 2 hours she wouldnt have a rash. The baby room is the worst, they have no gates and the babies can just crawl out and or walk out. The toys are dirty. All this place cares about is your money not your kids.

Ms salma and ms Claudia were great teachers. I absolutely love them! My son went there for 3 years. I don’t blame the teachers as I think there’s not a lot of direction when it comes to management. They change center directors every three months. The toys are all old, the kids run around like a bunch of psychos and the teachers really can’t do much to discipline them because of the snowflakes that parents have Become (not my kid he’s an angel syndrome). Their rates are absolutely ridiculous. If you do not get government assistance (which We do not) it’s an arm and a leg to bring your kids there. My son has not been there since May and every week I still get a bill for a music class he hasn’t been in for months. It’s comical. If it wasn’t for these two teachers, my son would not have been there as long as he was.

So far I havent had any problems with this daycare, I had read a post took it to the new manager. She assured me that my grandson will be very safe, I told her that I dont play any games when it comes to him....The new director understood where I was coming from she has a child too.....Until sonething happen they are all good with me....Tanya J.

Being a first time mom, I had a hard time taking my baby to the daycare. So I stayed home with her till when she was about 16 months and this place is where I took her. I was much relieved by her class teacher Mrs Salma please if you are reading this may our good LORD continue to Bless you always. You always told me her likes and dislikes of food and behaviorwise as well. Her weaknesses and well what she is capable of yaaay and this was very helpful to us. You do so much for our kids and just wanna let you know that We appreciate you so very much. You love my baby and all the kids there as your own. The kids are lucky to have you there. Knowing that I was leaving my baby to your care put my heart at peace everyday. Bless your HEART. I also appreciate all the staff at this location. Thanks and may GOD Bless you all.

It’s a good place and Excellent inverment

I had 2 children in this location a 6yr old and my infant son started in sept of 2016, just 2 months after my infant started je came home with swollen chin and no one seem to have an answer if how it happened. I was so hurt my 4month old child had been hurt no call to me no warning no explanation. I addressed it with the director then kim and teacher it i was given a apology. Despite better judgement a lack of daycare in the area i continued to let both my children go . the last straw was when an 11yr kid there choked my 6 yr old and hit him in the face with a book. This was the 2nd time this older child had bullied him. The director did not call me although when i called her outragwd that this had happwned she merely brushed me off and said i gave him an ice pack for his swollen lip. I thank god i got my kids out this is the worst daycare experience ever. I could not work peacefully knowing these things were happening. The infants room was always unclean and a bit smelly. Despite how much i hated this place the teacher Ms. Annie and the now assistant director Ms Asifa were really nice. Good luck to any parent that considers this place.

I started working here, and brought my almost 5 month old son to the infant room. I voiced my converns about the infant room and how my son was being cared for and they pulled me in the office trying to tell me all the things I am doing wrong. Mind you this is my second week still learning and asking for all the help I can. My sons diaper was never changed in a timely manner he came home with a bad rash and he did not have one rash since he was born. The carpet smells like pee, babies are awake in their cribs when they are not suppose to be. You have 12 month olds walking around the babies that cant sit up or crawl with no staff around. The boppy pillows look 12 years old. In the fridge where all bottles are kept the kids are constantly going In there and I had numerous bottles wasted. They still havent put a lock on it. They work you to the max, bathroom breaks are not easy to come by. Some employees are not happy to be there not welcoming, the first day I dropped my son off I had no reassurance he would be safe. They let a student run around with pink eye with out calling home and he touched everything and everyone. I called in sick went to the er and was not believed. The food is not cooked throughly sometimes. I can go on and on but I dont recommend it here. Some staff care dearly about the kids some are there cause they have no other choice. Leadership is not where it should be. Kinda like being in high school again.

If i could give this daycare a zero i would. Its horrible dont bring your child here.

Do not send your kids here. Management, teachers everything is worst
