I was only in here for a moment, needed to grab something another Dollar Tree didnt have. But this location had them, and the cashier was awesome.He asked us if we found everything we were looking for today and politely laughed at my husbands response of yeah, and it was all on sale for a dollar! and we had a quick bonding over dad jokes that are well delivered.

Store prices were great. Newer parking lot minus the potholes.

Will never come back here again. Waited in line for several minutes, 4 people in front of me. They called for 2nd cashier to come ring. Another lady in front of me and myself moved to new lane. In the middle of ringing the first woman a blonde older woman tells her to close and for ne to go back to the other line which now has more people waiting. Not happy. All she says in a very nasty tone is Im sorry , its time for her to leave Poor management in everyway. I have managed retail for years and would Never do that to someone. Never coming here again.

Fantastic staff. Very knowledgeable of whats and where in the store, they help me with anything I need, every time. I can call ahead and ask if the store is busy and base on the answer, I’ll know if there’s parking or not. This location is my favorite by far, because of the variety of designs, the merchandise is always stocked accordingly and neatly, the staff is always smiling and friendly like I mentioned before. I became a regular a while back, and then this location opened literally walking distance from my dads house, and now I’m just in aw. Thank you staff for keeping this store running smooth and thank you corporate for building one so near me.

This location on Rand rd in Des Plaines was well stocked and very organized!!!

Always neat, clean, well stocked and everyone is polite and helpful and they sell BUGLES!

One of the managers helped me find some items and was really helpful and knowledgeable. Also very quite in the store, consider putting on some music it helps us customers shop. Overall great expirence, except the floor was very slippery at the entrance maybe consider putting down a rug.

My fiance and I practically live in this store! Love all the girls who work here, they make us feel welcomed every time we come in, no matter how busy they are. Keep up the good work!
