Pretty Cool Dollar Tree...Well last visit to this store the shelves was empty.No washing powder or bread at all. A little messey with long lines but overall still a good store conveniently located by QT,Walmart,Home Depot etc.

Been coming to this dollar tree solid since 2017.. and well the store lately has be Phe-Nom-Enoal.. great staff, nicely stocked, great arrangements and a variety of good things we need/love to buy.. def support this store yall.. management has changed a leaf for the better

I visit many dollar trees and this one is one of my favorites! The staff is always friendly lines dont stay long with one person checking!! Store is clean and well stocked!

Very clean and very nice employees.

I went to two different Dollar Tree Stores yesterday and both of them looked dirty, and not well stocked. One store had stock on carts in the way while you shopped and the employees did not seem to care at at all. They wouldnt even move the carts if you needed to get to something behind the cart. The second store was just a little better than the first store at least the boxes were our of the way.

The store is a great size! Plenty of options! The lines could be a little long, but Demarsha was so fast and so nice! Thank you Demarsha!

A good selection. Plus, everything is literally a dollar. Cheaper than many other stores. I would go and shop here again.

I went today to get things for childrens gift boxes for our church. This store was in such disarray I couldnt even shop. The isles were covered in product on the floor, so much so, a buggy would have rolled over everything. I had to leave. They also have a non existent customer service. So sad. Someone obviously left that store the night before without doing any cleanup whatsoever. It used to be a nice store. Not any more.

Went to the Dollar Tree on Beltline and I-35 at 1:45pm December 13, needed 20 balloons. The, Mgr said I had to see the cashier I guess to pay first.But, the Mgr didn’t even entertain trying to assist me. Only 2 cashiers, and only 1 knew how much to service the balloons. So, I left and called the store in Red Oak. Jason answered the phone told me he would take care of it and when I walked in he was finishing up my 20 balloon order. I’m so, thankful for Jason willingness to assist me even over the phone. Thanks ,Jason for being the guy with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DeSoto store take note.....your mgr needs better customer service skills. Maybe, Jason can train him....ijs

I don’t go anywhere else for cleaning products or decorations! Wide selection of cleaning products, and sooooo many products to chose from for auto, home, kitchen utensils.

Very busy, but had everything I need and check out was good.

I love Dollar Tree! There always something new and surprising there! You cant beat a dollar either!

I always go to Dollar Tree when ever Im going to visit my grandson in DeSoto, Tx.Dollar Tree, has everything I need right here, I just like coming over here better then shopping in Dallas, you have more items here in this store!

If there was an easier way to get out of the parking lot to go under the freeway. The store is beautiful and employees were very friendly and helpful.

Super busy location, but I was really impressed with how kind and courteous the staff was. Even though it was holiday shopping time, the staff made a point of finding a box and carefully wrapping all of my purchases. I really appreciated their help and kindness.

Manager is very polite and helpful. Store is nice and neat compared to what it looked like before. Employees are nice and helpful.

Don’t open up on time, their hours on Sunday shows to be 8am-8pm but they didn’t open till 9am the opening manager didn’t arrive until 8:25 then locked the doors behind him even people sitting in the park lot waiting for them to open..Edit: After complaining they finally updated the sign to reflect 9am😂

I would like to compliment manager Evonn and employee Alfreds for they great on the job training skills and personalities. Manager Evonn store is very clean . I enjoyed my first time experience at this location.

People on the floor was very helped but, when I got to the register no one was there, after I called for cashiers found our one was blowing up balloons and the other one just moving slow to get to the register hopping wed leave REALLY!! thats what living in pandemic does for you. Rude disrespectful customerservice.

It was nasty unorganized and messy. There is trash everywhere and the parking lot is full of trash as well. The people are rude and do not care to help aid in any services that you need. If i could give zero stars i would. But negative sounds better.

Omg boxes everywhere!! The store was messy and disorganized !! I couldnt even push my basket through the aisles!! I went In for gardening items & had to go on a scavenger hunt to find what I needed because there was only ONE visible worker that was managing the cash register! I still didn’t find the item I was searching for so I went to the one in Red Oak & found Exactly What I needed easily! I will not be back to that location but you guys have to do better!

Please make sure you check your receipt. Assure yourself that you’re not charged twice on an item. Check your receipt when a cashier named Alfreda checks you out, not every cashier knows how to count! At the end of the day it’s your job do it right.

Never know what you will find. I went for wedding gift bags and gift wrap. Surprisingly they do not have very many large bags anymore. I finally found wrapping paper and a few ribbons that will do.

How can you give 5 starts for a filthy store and long lines? The manager was in the back calling the only cashier to come stock though she had a line of 6. He said come when you finish your line. We, the customers, told him it would a while she had a long line and ahe needed some help. No reply. He never came from the back and the line got longer. After the cashier called for someone else to void a transaction and that person couldnt the manager finally appeared, now it was only 11 customers.

It took them a while to get someone to backup the person checking out. The store has a lot of variety.

This store is never out of stock when I go.

Other than being limited on how you exit the lot, I had a wonderful experience. It was clean, well stocked, and the employees were friendly.

This is by far the best Dollar tree I have been to and the cleanest. I would recommend this location.

Bad customer service

I go to Dollar Tree stores. This one has the same amenities as the others Ive visited except this one is a bit messy. The staff is courteous and friendly.

The store looks unorganized. I was in the store for a sale item that they didnt have. I was told that the delivery truck just came in so there were some items that have not hit the floor.

I like this place. Im always shipping here to get a great deal. However, today I was disgusted by an employee. While waiting on my card to be approved, the cashier started clipping her nails. It is very unprofessional and unsanitary. Also it is not very lady like.

Poor service....two workers one doing balloons the other lazy one walking around, as customers waited to purchase itemsI put my items down and left. I wont return to this location.

My go to Dollar Store. I almost always find what I need.

They dont have as many things as other dollar trees, and omg the exit!!! Why do I have to go all the way around to go home ugh!!thats why I rather drive to oak cliff to go to dollar tree instead of shopping here cause of the stupid exit. Not to mention only 1 cashier!!!
