Everybody is well respected from adults to kids. The training and coaching is worth going everyday. amazing beautiful gym top to bottom. I train there i love it.

What an amazing program! They are books before boxing, helping kids to be prepared for life after high school. They provide math and literacy interventions, computer classes, nutrition classes, music classes, a library, and even a coding course to help kids find their pathway to success.And theyve even got some national champion boxers who have succeeded in the classroom and in the ring, who serve as role models and mentors for the others. Love this place!

We cant say enough about the Downtown Boxing Gyms staff! We recently hosted our wedding there (their first ever) and our experience couldnt have been better. Leading up to the event, the staff was incredibly helpful in hosting a walkthrough for us (and our vendors) to get a sense of layout and space planning. They worked with us to customize the spaces that were available to us, so it would work for our needs (including our band in one of the boxing rings - so fun!). By the day we did load-in, the space was spotless and sparkling clean, ready to welcome our loved ones. Their team worked collaboratively with our day-of-wedding coordinator and other vendors seamlessly. We had 225 people in attendance and the space worked wonderfully, with our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all onsite. Our guests were BLOWN AWAY at how cool everything was - were so grateful to have hosted our event here and cant thank the team enough for making it as easy for us as it was!

This place is seriously doing some incredible things both academically and athletically for these kids. Every individual I had the chance to meet is extremely kind-hearted and has amazing intentions! Cant wait to watch the continuing growth of this place

Great environment for kids

Its a great place to bring your children to learn discipline have tutoring programs dance class and of course they have boxing here its a great place for after school and the staff is like family

They are doing great work at this Youth program totally different from any other programs in Detroit. Books before Boxing is their motto, and the kids must work on their homework or with a tutor each day before they are allowed to participate in the boxing program (which is not mandatory). Very worthy of your time and financial donations.

I seen it on Fox 2 News it seems to be a good program and we need to vote for them to win on CNN contest by December the 12th

Amazing organization that provides free food, transportation, and a fitness program and allows children to do homework and recieve free classes.

Its a beautiful gym with lots of activities for kids with a great program for homework and tutoring help

It was bad I went there for a week and left because the training was bad and it a lie that the student are polite they were rude and say offensive jokes they say they teach you about healthy food when they feed you junk food so I switch to dynamite and the training is way better.

Detroit Miami thats where is at.
