I did not care for Mr. Maurice and Ms. Lawrence at all they seem as if they didn’t like their jobs and that’s not the attitude to have when dealing with children I feel. One day I was 10 minutes late dropping my son off and Ms. Lawrence tried to charge me $25 for a late fee and wouldn’t let my son go to class and told me I couldn’t bring him back until it was paid but later waived the fee because it was never brought to my attention that they had one. On another occasion the school closed for an entire week due to cold weather even though it was only one day of cold weather that week only when I brought my kid there at 7am thinking I’m about to drop him off before work was they only way I found out there was no phone call no email or any form of communication stating they would be closing the teachers were very nice and great around kids the daycare in itself seems unorganized

The staff is unwelcoming during application review On our first day. was promised a return call to find out about clarified and are dragging their feet doing . I need to get a new Intake staff.

Contacted this facility online from their website about getting my child enrolled in a GSRP, was never contacted back with any information.
