Daycare Alert: Children Avenue Christian Learning Center (Detroit and Warren) I had a horrible experience with my baby at that location.. she kept getting sick like admitted to the hospital sick, not only that she had scratches on her face that they say she did with a toy which I know she didnt. She had multiple DEEP scratches... She was removed after that.... I took immediate action. Now here I am 3 years later and some lady walks up to me saying I work for that place... please dont ever send your kids there. The owner Elizabeth drags kids by their arms into her office and puts them under the desk, her staff disciplines the children (hits them, pops them in the mouth etc) feeds them food Monday left over in the fridge from Friday. She even buys toys from salvation army no matter the condition, mixes bleach and pinsol and sprays the toys, not wipes them but sprays them so the kids are playing with toys that have chemicals on them. She said the state comes out but she has cameras and sees then before they come and she switches up. Shes mean to her staff etc. Please dont send them babies up there.

This daycare facility is one of the best places I have been to. As an employee at this facility, I can say that the staff love and care for the children and work to provide a safe learning environment for the children. I would send my children here.

My kids love it here and everyone is like family...they take good care of my children and teach them well. I would definitely recommend!

This year has been a wonderful time at kids Avenue Christian Learning I personally love working with the children through Creative Art .Talk about fun the children come up with very good ideal for harvest day and i really appreciate all the parents participating for Harvest Day its all about keeping the children safe and happy . what wonderful place to work the joy and the excitement in the childrens eye melts my heart.

Kids Avenue 1 and 2 is one of the safest place i know . The teachers there are very caring and loving torse the children.Due to the COVI-19 Since march even before that not one child was or got sick. The children learn through educatioonal programs ,building their cognitive skill, reading and math skills. Kids Avenue serve healthy Nutritional Meals cook fresh on a daily basic.Kids Avenue also potty trains and help with virtual learning for children 4 to 12 years old. The children have a great sinc of fredom using music,art,yoga,and more . Happy enviroment ,Happy children, Happy teacher .

I have worked with the owner at another job and she is a great person, she loves and have the best interest of the children at heart. She is constantly learning and praying about how to help the children to attain their maximum potential. I have referred some people to this center and they have been very pleased . I will recommend this center to everyone that have small children.

The owner is well known to me . She is very conscientious, kind and very caring. If you are looking for a warm, loving and supportive christian environment for your little one to flourish, I would highly recommend this learning center. The fact that this center has been existing for the past 14 years shows that it must be doing something good.

This day care is wonderful my kids love it there they learn alot and the owner is very understanding and will work with you

My son has progress alot from this daycare i really do appreciate the staff that has been dealing with my son they bring him along way he has been here 4 years since he was a baby he is 4 know god bless kids avenue

Elizabeth Jo is running a circus fraud, my children have not only been mistreated and left soiled repeatedly, with rashes from unclean supplies to the to small diapers that werent their own&theirs being given to entire daycare Ive witnessed with my own eyes myself,but I have been swindled time and time again over co-pays and lies of my benefits being off to get more funds given. I have been threatened mistreated& tooken advantage of in front of my chilren and then children kicked out of daycare after speaking on it. I say this to warn other parents on a regret that will scar your children&parents (yourself) for life this place should be shutdown my kids still havent recovered neither have I thankx!

This is just somewhere Ill never send my child ! I called to inquire about child care and the lady was outstandingly rude!!!! If your rude to me youll be rude to my child....
