I popped up at the school again only to see this worker sitting down on her phone and she didnt care that I was there, she stayed on her phone. This what the teacher does everyday at Sunrise daycare center. Sad. She sits on her phone and put YouTube on for the kids.Other cons about this day is, that the kids Never every go outside and play on their playground, before covid-19 and during. There is a TV in every classroom and on most of the time. They have a high turn over, meaning the staff is changing all the time so that only means that there is something wrong with Ms. Pat management and lack of experience. They also always closed with very to no notice for parents that work. Any body can open up a daycare and put up a website with pictures, but if the issues are not reported to the state, there money hungry people like Ms. Pat stay in business. Sad... Im happy my kids are no longer there.

Hello Dear ParentsThis is our Blue room where our preschoolers are learning counting and concepts of math. EVERYDAY there are many fun learning experiences for the children to ensure they are ready for kindergarten. We are a quality facility and ALWAYS making improvements to our curriculum and center, as the director I would not have it any other way! The children are only allowed TV for 1 hour per week; sometimes while waiting for their lunch to arrive. Our teachers are well-trained and follow my strict instructions on classroom management. We also are observing strong COVID procedures at this time, so please feel free to call to reserve a time for a tour, your child will love it, guaranteed!

My son has been going to sunrise since he was 8 months and now hes 4. My son was premature and so small and miss patty took special care of him, i had no worries. He loves it there and so do i. My son is a busy body, and miss patty has great patience and knows what to do. There is a very homey feel about the daycare, which makes my child feel comfortable. Each day he comes home telling me what he learned for the day. The daycare is very kid friendly and safe. She also has a healthy meal plan. The hours are great and so are the rates.

Our two year old son went there for a year. The teachers and management were wonderful to our child and to us. We had a bad experience at a previous day care and it was refreshing to have competent and loving teachers and people who address problems that may arise.

Ms. Patty does a good job of taking care of my son everyday. She is the best, very loving, patient and funny. I feel safe and comfortable placing my child here, plus her prices are reasonable and affordable! Im glad I found her.

I love ms Patricia Adams and her daycare assistance/ team . my son has been there since he was 3 . hes in school now so he only goes when school closes for breaks ect & for summer vacation but he loves. it & wishes he could go everyday ! Lol . my daughter was born with a birth defect which caused her to stay in the nicu for a month in a half . in order for her to get realeased myself and two other adults had to learn how to insert and feed her with a feeding tube. I figured since once she got released shed be going to daycare a bit after so why not see if 2 of the assistance that would have her would want to learn and help me to get my baby out of the hospital since others were afraid they would hurt her or do it wrong. Long story short they learned and helped me get her home . im so very grateful for them all.ms.patty even helped me keep my babies in daycare so.i could work by working with me with the cost ! I recommend sunrise to all.parents . ms patty & her team are AWESOME !

I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody. Although the staff is friendly, the facility is unreliable. Will close without notice, change policies without notice, and close early without notice. This caused me to get fired from a job because I had to call off each time they closed without proper notice to the parents. The owner knew I had a zero tolerance absent policy and yet she always neglect to notify parents when the daycare will be closed for unforseen reasons...5/9/19- thats a very long excuse of a response from the owner. Do bad business, youll get bad business. If you are going to be closed, period, a notification on a letter head, not some text in response of people showing up and realizing the place is close and responding to their complaining, is not justified and its not professional. So for the owner to complain not having control over the weather, nobody does! She does have an obligated responsibility to notify her clients that the place will be closed in official letters sent to the families before or after the matter and refunded to their account or have funds forwarded to the next week. Parents should not have to pay for double childcare Everytime your facility closes.... Thats bad business! Owner should always notify on stationary why the close, the dates that were closed, and a solution to the problem... They should not blame the parents for being upset and claim no part of the cause. My daughter will never come back here.
