Mina is absolutely amazing! She is very friendly and professional. She always leaves my eyebrows looking defined, even, and follows their natural shape. 10/10

So glad I found Mina working at this new salon. She is by far the best person I’ve found that does eyebrow threading. I have been going to her for years and was devastated when she left shear artistry. For all you customers who wonder where Mina went, look no further, she is at Salon Sonal.

SONAL IS AWESOME! Dont worry if your brows are uneven or sparse. If you visit her regularly she can help. She shapes a perfect brow everytime. Besides doing her job shes friendly, attentive and super patient.

***BREA LOCATION***Honestly, I wasnt even going to write a bad yelp review... just be honest about my experience where I received the services, via Groupon. But since I got this outrageous reply via Groupon... now I will make this public everywhere. Here is my original review:If youre looking for a cheap deal, you get what you pay for. Maria is an amateur eyelash technician. During the process of getting my extensions put on, Marie asked me to open my eyes and look at her progress, at which point I believe some glue had gotten into my eye. I woke up the next day with redness and slight swelling in my eye. This lasted about two more days. When I call the salon to complain or just simply speak with a manager, the receptionist informed me that there was no manager that I could speak with and that all my complaints could be directed to Maria directly. I begged and pleaded to you have someone else do my fill, we should already been prepaid, but they informed me that Maria was the only one who could do this for me. Not to mention Maria Style of single Lash extensions is horrific. I would recommend going anywhere else including a nail shop. Thats the only other place where Ive experienced such awful extensions.Here is their reply to me:Our job is to ensure client satisfaction. Sounds like everywhere you go you have a horrible experience! And you still decided to come back for further services?? Change of heart?*** Let me clarify something. I have been to 3 places in my life for eyelashes extensions and I would recommend each place proudly. Ella Rose Lash and Beauty Bar, Joyful Lashes (where I am currently) and Addiction Salon lashes by Michelle. I dont hop around from place to place AND I rarely ever write reviews. AND MOST OF ALL... THE ONLY REASON I CAME BACK WAS BECAUSE I BOUGHT A FULL SET WITH ONE FILL. I thought since I had already PAID FOR IT (I guess that is your idea of a change of heart) and I thought maybe my experience MIGHT BE better... which clearly it was not.P.S. Your customer service is by far the worst I have ever seen!!!!!
