Director is unable to care for kids that need a little more direction. If your child acts like a child then this isn’t a place for you. If your kid is a robot maybe it will workout for you.

My daughter has been going here since she was 12 weeks old and I could not be any happier with this daycare facility!!! She is now 21months old and I am amazed with how much they teach the kids from daily crafts , reading in small groups and even sign language!!! Not to mention the teachers,manager, and even the owner is soooo involved With the kids. I am truly grateful that I can be at peace at work and know they take care of my child. Its a great reassurance to know that I can trust everyone there and know my child at such an early age is being taught the things she knows!!! Overall great facility,clean, nice play ground, security code is needed to open any door and most importantly my daughter is always happy when I pick her up ! A big thumbs up !!!

One of the best day care around! i love the staff and my kids are ready by 6 am to go to day care, they always want to be the first one there. As a parent that is a great feeling to have.

We moved to Dickinson on August 2012 and we stayed in this area till Nov 2013. Before moving, I visited most the daycare centers in that area but we had chosen this one based on our visit and reviews on reviews on Texas government official website. Our first son faced some difficulties in the beginning till he used to it and this is expected. Since then, he loved the daycare and both my wife and myself liked too. What we liked most:- the manager is smiling most of the time and is very welcoming.- our kid learned colors, letters, numbers and many skills like putting on and taking off clothes.- the manager knows a lot about our kid as if he is the only kid. For example, we noticed that his appetite was low for few days and we did not know the reason. Then, she called me and told me that he had an ulcer on the side of his tongue and that was likely the reason.When we had our second son, we took to the same daycare and he was doing well as well. We moved out from Dickinson and we would love to take our kids back to the same daycare when we move back to Dickinson or around it.

We have been looking for a new daycare for my 2yr old. BCCH came across and we loved it. Director is amazing in explaining everything and going over all the questions we had . We ended up going to different daycare ( needed something close to work ) but if you are looking into daycares , please make sure to check this one out . Trust me , I did a lot of research and went to couple daycares in the area , but this one was the best so far .

I have 2 kids that attend this daycare (currently) for the past year. I initially placed my children here due to decent prices and close distance to my home. Due to these decisions, my kids had to suffer from this without my knowledge. First off, they have a VERY HIGH turnover rate with their staff. My 3 year old has a new teacher in her class almost every other day. Just within the past 2 months, she has had over 6 teachers. Second, snacks are apparently not covered in their tuition. I am FORCED to buy snacks for not only my child, but the whole class; and get this: they give ME the list of what they want me to buy. Completely disrespectful and absurd. And the worst part: my child has a disability, and when I first approached them with this topic, they were more then willing to work and learn from me. BIG LIE. They refused to work with her disability and coping steps to help me. They rarely have their food menu calendar or curriculum on the board so parents can see, and the communication between the staff and the owner/director is none-existent. I would LOVE to remove my kids from this horrible, wretched, so called daycare, but due to my financial situation and lack of daycares within my location, I am forced to stay here until there are other openings at other facilities. Concluding, I HIGHLY SUGGEST THAT YOU LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR A BETTER DAYCARE for your child. They dont deserve your hard-earned money nor does your child need to suffer.

My son started going to this daycare when he was 4 months old. At least twice a week he came home with scratches, bites and bruises no one could explain to me. They poured out over 80 ounces of my breast milk in one week. My son was here for 8 weeks, and that was entirely too long. Any time I had concerns, I would take it to the owner/director and they would make some kind of excuse for the behavior. And, they lost tuition payments. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone.

I was interviewed for over an hour for a position at the center. There were constant interruptions during the interview and after the interview< I was informed the position had been filled but the owner didnt know how the individual she had hired would work out. I was giving a working interview for the first week in September. The last Monday of August at 5:35PM, I received a phone call from a staff member requesting I come in for the working interview on Monday. I asked the lady for the hours Id be there and she became rude and screamed at me, When you can come in for a working interview, call us and let us know! I tried to explain to the lady I needed to make sure my child had transportation from her job since I was told to come in in September. The woman said, Whatever! Ill call you back! and hung up. Monday morning I called the owner and explained to her the situation and she replied, Well, Ill call you back this afternoon. and never called. I was disrespected by an employee and didnt receive an apology by the owner for her employees behavior. Furthermore, Ive never heard of a working interview. The owner knew I had company the week she asked for a working interview and I was willing to leave my company to accommodate the owners request.
