It would be a great store if not for the staff. They are rude and unhelpful. Very counter productive.

I went on their website and chose to use the printing service because it said same day.. I paid for it and now it says it will be ready on the 31st.. I need it for tomorrow morning. Not good enough. Now Im out of my money .

Good place to get office/school supplies as well as fax/copy/print in addition to fedex drop offs but there appeared to only be 2 employees working and the line for services was long and slow. Oh, and apparently, now there’s a $2.33 fee for them to print out documents AND THEY DON’T TELL YOU nor is there signage.

A few weeks ago I purchased a file cabinet at Office Max. I received excellent service. Steven Barber helped me with choosing the right file cabinet and I was able to get a better grade cabinet than the one I was originally looking to purchase. And it was on sale! He went to extra trouble to find out about the coating that was on the file cabinet. Thank you Steven! With such great service this is now my office supply store.

*Slow Customer Service* We needed 1 page printed out and it literally took almost 15 minutes for someone to help us out and there was only one other customer.

Horrible service, 3 customers in the store and as many employees and I can not get anyone to talk to me. Good job Office Depot, never again.

I was in the store recently to purchase a gift for my husband. The sales associate, Malachi was so helpful and pleasant in helping me find everything I needed. Its employees like this that make me return to stores. Thank you, Malachi.

They charge 2.50 for copies now to be printed just in black and white. The lady at the service counter said it due to the Covid 19 virus. I think it is really sad and pathetic that a company uses Covid to raise the price of paper copies, to profit off a virus that has taken so many people’s lives.

There is a young man named Raza that works in the printing department. He has helped me several times and always, always, always go over and beyond to assist me with my companys printing needs. No help to get the right computer so went to best buy they were very helpful spent eight hundred dollors

How this place stays in business is beyond comprehension. Every time I go in there some part of their “printing services” is broken. Need to send a fax? That will take 1 hour for us to tell you the machine just isn’t working. Want to print something off an SD card? Well you can come in and try to print but our reader doesn’t always work. Save yourself some time and go to the Office Depot just down the street. They are always friendly and helpful plus their machines are NEVER broken.

Entire staff was friendly AND helpful. Rare commodity these days. Store was clean, organized and easy 2 find pricing.

The store had the products it was well stocked..the issue is no one greets you apond entry but I had literally 3 employees at the door..lastly I purchased a desk chair and just to get it from the back it took way too long..but I appreciate the team work with me paying for assemble the employees put it together and got it done alit faster then it took to bring it to the front. Very clean store

It was dead in there when I went in to make copies. Kind of a creepy vibe. Everything was cool though.

Boy named CJ working the register must hate his job. Very unpleasant and impersonal... Felt like I was bothering him. Manager was great. Store looks like its clearing out inventory...?

Nice selection; high prices (unless you catch a sale); printing section has only one attendant, so if you need assistance be prepared to wait. Ink cartridges can be beat on Amazon.

Thereally employees are e,tremely rude, and not customer service oriented, there was no one in the store, expect myself. I was waiting to fax one page, and two women were standing around talking, as a man was assisting someone on the phone for 25 minutes, he would put whom ever was on the phone on hold about 5 times and finally after I had waited the 25 minutes for him to get off the phone, he helped me, I had one question, it took him less than a minute to answer and I went about my day. I waited 30 minutes for 30 seconds of help.. and in the end he didnt even know, he said he didnt know and just pushed me to office depot. I really do not like any of the workersame here!!

I was way OVER charged at printing ..first he said he cant make my purchase because the was overbooked then he charged me for what seems to be everything behind the counter ..mind you I been here to get this exact purchase before and it wasnt no where near this heavy price ..went back in for him to explain these bogus charges and he gave me 2 diffren t answers as to why he charged me so much .i dont believe in making a seen so I quietly left and I will not be returning .

They sell office equipment and supplies, also, printer ink. Everybody loves to shop for printer ink, right?

Customer service is not to be believed no one payes you any attention they pass like theyre at 🏡.

Check out by cashier named Heather. Communication and interaction with people in general seemed to be very inadequate considering her position within the store.
