Ive had major procedures done while awake. Dr. Alcorn does a great job numbing the pain & waiting the proper amount of time for it to kick in. He also listens to questions & concerns. I wish he was my regular dentist, as he seems to be the most competent in his field. Hes awesome! The supporting staff is great as well.

I tried making an appointment the first time, but they schedule appointments far out which was not a problem. Sadly enough everytime I call and speak to the front desk ladies they always have an attitude and very rude. They should really get in control of that for the future.

They received one star because Google will not allow me to do no stars in order to write a review. I called to make an appointment and I have never spoke to more rude people. I asked for her name several times and she finally told me it was Erica. They book out months in advanced so they get a lot of patients. I guess because of that reason they allow the girls at the front to be rude and ignorant. I would advise that if you want to keep having patients in your office to be able to book out so far you should really teach your front desk girls how to be kind and stop having attitudes like they could care less wether you get patients business or not!!! THE WORST FRONT DESK GIRLS I EVER SPOKE TO!!!!!!

Dr. Ditty pulled all 4 of my daughters wisdom teeth. He was kind, professional, performed the procedure quickly and easily, and she literally had the easiest recovery I have ever seen. Almost zero pain or swelling (and they were all 4 impacted). Highly recommend Dr. Ditty.

Tried scheduling an appointment for my daughter wisdom teeth. Don’t ask the front desk girl questions. They are rude. Ignorant and does not care about patients. Don’t ask to speak to the doctor they won’t let you and lie!!!!

Dr. Pancko was excellent! The front desk ladys were very helpful also and very nice. Definitely recommend!

The worse dentist office I have ever been too . I was in a whole lot of pain & unfortunately after receiving an emergency appointment my car broke down so I wasn’t able to make my appointment. However I called to reschedule the appointment, and I could r get an emergency an appointment and I had to get an a appointment a month out after waiting months for an appointment. I asked for a supervisor several times and they kept transferring me to other offices !!!! I am still in pain and nothing is being taking into consideration! On top of that my consultation was horrible , one of the assistance asked me “to take my hair off “ so they could get a proper X-ray, I’m a black women with a lot of hair & a white professional assistant asking me to remove my hair ? Wow !! How could u assume that my hair was even fake ?? How dare you even ask ME TO DO SUCH A THING . Very unprofessional and I’d never go here if it was the last place on earth ! I can’t even believe they took over dr mullens office! I’m disgusted!!!

The 5 stars are for Dr Riegel and the staff in the back. Very professional and polite. Felt like I was in good hands. However, the staff out front huge disappointment. Upon arrival 4 out front, 3 with no masks. When I was leaving the waiting room looked like a staff meeting in progress. Staff blocking the exit and NOBODY wearing masks. Good thing I had mine on. Staff out front 1 STAR. Please follow the guidelines and read your sign on the front door.

If I can give them no stars I will I been waiting 4 weeks for them to keep asking the same question everytime and now they didnt even put the other info in the damn system Im beyond irritated with this place. I will never go back here again after I get surgery

Dr Ditty is the best, pulled my top left wisdom tooth in literally 15 seconds without any pain at all. Very skilled and efficient. Thank you! Staff is amazing.

Edit: turns out I was right about being over charged.Dr. Panko and his assistant are great. However the girls behind the counter in the billing section had to be two of the most hateful people I’ve ever meant. Ask a simple question about the payment and they started getting snappy with me. As a business owner I practice extreme patience with customers, they are paying for a service they want to know exactly what they are paying for and don’t want to be spoken too rudely if they are paying for a service.

This place has some of the nastiest girls working in a office. Especially the snappy & unhappy girl collecting payments. Shes going to get snappy with the wrong person one day and wonder why she isnt in the same room with her teeth. You just dont talk to people like they do. They act like the doctors in the office are their personal friends and they arent. Doctors dont care no more about them then patients. They are there to collect payments and they probably arent getting paid any more then what they get now so, why get nasty with people?

I needed to be seen right away and the office staff were able to accommodate. It was my 1st time at thIs office and the initial contact was pleasant and put me at ease. I saw Dr. Pancko, he was reassuring knowledgeable and very professional. I had to go back because I was still having pain and saw Dr.Ditty. He was pretty awesome too! I don’t think you would be disappointed!

I highly recommend this office! The staff is very pleasant to deal with from the first phone call to the end of your appointment! The Dr was great and made me feel comfortable. Getting a tooth pulled is no fun, but my whole experience with this office was a great one!!!

2 weeks ago my wisdom teeth were giving me horrible pain.In that same week I called to make an appt at First state, they had an appt for me that same day. They made my appt for April 1st to have my teeth out well I couldn’t wait. First state has 3 offices and I was able to get into the Dover office a week and a half later. Had my wisdom teeth out yesterday 3/13 and honestly I feel good. Not the best but good. Dr Ditty thank you so much for making this experience a good one!

This place is the place to go if you need an extraction done or any oral surgery in the mouth. My daughter had to get eight teeth extracted due to over crowding for braces and she was so nervous. Dr Ditty came in and saved the day. Made her feel comfortable and look amazing after. Thank you! thank you! thank you!If need be this is where to go. Definitely recommend this place.

Saw Dr Riegel because of a growth on my tongue - I had smoked for 40 years and was worried. She explained that it was essentially scar tissue from having bitten the tongue.She answered my questions, was not pushy or condescending, and we left it that I will come back only if and when it were to grow.I have changed all my professional services to women - they listen, I dont have to put up with macho BS, they answer questions without being defensive, and I can have a dialogue to reach a decision, and they recognize it is my decision.Dr Riegel was an excellent choice.

5 ☆☆☆☆☆ across the board! I highly recommend Rhae A. Riegel at 1st state oral. She knows her stuff and is very nice. I have 2 more wisdom teeth left, if and when they ever need pulling 1st State Oral will the place I go to! Thank you again Dr Riegle.

Had wisdom teeth taken out. Surgery was fine. Just dont expect your reimbursement check anytime after. Been waiting over two months. Called numerous times just to be given a new excuse.

This place is awesome! I had a tooth extracted and did not know the tooth was pulled until I was told to bite down on some gauze. The dentist who pulled my tooth is a real professional. Staff is very friendly and kind. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you, doctor.

I had an urgent care situation arise with my wisdom teeth and not only did they handle the extraction the same day, but they did so with extreme professionalism and courtesy. The staff made a very uncomfortable situation as pleasant as possible. I would give them 6 stars if Google would let me.

It seems wierd to brag about people who want to remove a part of your body, 😂 but these guys were great. Quick, easy procedure and minimal discomfort. The doctors and staff are down to earth and welcoming.

Today made the third tooth that I had extracted by Dr. Alcon. Dr. Alcorn was so patient, kind, professional, and he kept asking if I was okay. He explained everything he was going to do. I recommend Dr. Alcorn highly! He is an Awesome Oral Surgeon!!

Ok so I had an appointment earlier in the month to get my teeth out but had an extremely bad anxiety attack and needed to reschedule with valium. Wen back today to have my wisdom teeth removed, I took my valium as prescribed the entire procedure took 30 minutes. Dr. Pancko was wonderful lets see what he says at the follow up I would recomend this place.

The people at the front office are very rude and unprofessional discussing patients business loudly. I guess the female is the office Manager she is the worst trying to talk about patients discreetly by bending down next to the computer talking to the woman of color which is very rude!!!!! I will never ever recommend this office to anyone this office is horrible and unprofessional and the fat office Manager lady need to be FIRED!!!!

Dr. Panko performed a wisdom tooth extraction on my son Kodi this morning and it couldnt have been better. Kodi was in alot of pain & the staff was able to fit him in to help him out. The surgery went great and hes doing fine. Very friendly staff and awesome Dr. Thanks so much for everything! 😁👍

I am VERY pleased with my experience with Dr. Diddy and First State OMS. First, the office staff is very pleasant to deal with. Everyone that I spoke to had an excellent attitude, and seemed like they were genuinely interested in answering my questions, and not just going through the motions. The cost of my surgery ended up being much less than I imagined (to be fair I had no idea what surgery cost and was bracing myself), which is always a big plus when you are on a budget. The Dr.s, nurses, and and anesthesiologist were attentive and focused on me when I was in the room. The anesthesiologist was very good with the IV, I am a tough one when it comes to finding a vien, its not uncommon for me to be stuck 3-5 times before getting it right. He got it in the first stick, with little pain. Finally, when I had a small issue after hours, Dr. Diddy went way above and beyond to help solve my issue. I would not go anywhere else to have a tooth removed, especially wisdom teeth.

I went on three times to this office. Each time I went the Office Staff and the Dentist were Awesome!

Great experience, I had my wisdom teeth extracted and had a wonderful experience.
